Good place overall. Great location and value for money.

Spacious room and friendly staff. They clean your room daily and supply you with toiletries.

The WiFi connection is very weak. Can get noisy during the day/night and the walls are super thin. There is a curfew for guests, after 10PM (you have to check them in).

Beautiful and bright rooftop rooms

The rooftop was lovely and a good place to chill At first my room was on the ground floor, but I asked to move. On the terrace the room was beautiful and bright! In a nice area where you can explore by foot Not far from public transport

Very nice location, 1 blook away from Moumento de la Revolucion, near where to eat.

Room availability should be flexible to be before 3pm.

Ok place to stay overnight without any luxury or comfort.

The staff were friendly, it’s close to the revolution monument.

The room was very humid even though there was a “fan” in the room, it didn’t help at all. The comforter was stained with marks and some other stains. When showering, the water pressure was great but it caused the water from the shower to leak thru the glass and created a puddle of water in the small bathroom. The room is nothing like in the picture chosen. Very small, women, don’t wear heals if walking thru some of the “hallways” of the property as the floors are not suitable for them. TV turned on but was never able to watch it due to a malfunction.

The location is good, the bed is good.

WiFi terrible, no a/c no fan the room was to hot, I ask at the front desk for toilet paper and the answer was I don't have one you need to wait until tomorrow for the cleaning lady, the staff was not friendly at all.

The location was within walking distance of several historical sites; however, walking in the opposite direction leads to sketchy streets.

What breakfast? Location was nice and close to revolution museum and nice parks.

Don't enjoy cold showers and having to wait to be let in , anytime needing to step out. Front desk staff not friendly.

First night I got a room with no window in the bathroom and only a window into the hallway. Thankfully, I changed to a nicer room with both a window in the room and bathroom. Bed was comfy and the second room came with an extra blanket, but the pillows were very puffy and not comfortable for me.

Out of the three attendants working the front desk, only one was friendly. I didn't like the room without windows. At the time of my stay there was a street feria that was very loud until about 3am.

Nowhere to hang towels and put bathroom accessories. The floors in the room are sagging and will soon break. You can trip or get hurt. Floor needs to be replaced.

Lovely, very clean hotel, with a very, very comfortable bed. In a great location close to good restaurants and walking distance to museums and other tourist sites.

Staff was nice.

Absolutely terrible wifi. Worked for a few minutes and then cut off completely, this happened every day. Bathroom stunk from the water. Floor boards SO loud even when tip toeing. Extremely loud music from the bar next door.
