La ubicación del lugar es genial.

El servicio a la habitación lleva un costo extra, por el costo del lugar deberia haber alguna atencion de este servicio, mi estancia fue de 7 noches y por lo cual nos hizo falta papel de baño y artículos de aseo personal. Las cortinas de la habitación personal ya no funcionan.

Un appartement sans. Aucune installation de chauffage et un service client booking incapable de prendre une décision malgre mes nombreux appels , et un support Blueground.com inexistant 24h pour répondre.. avec 17 degrés dans un appartement sale .. une honte. Et avec 2 enfants de 5 et 8 ans C est même une honte que vous ne sachiez pas défendre vos clients fidèles. Résultat on va aller en justice et je vais communiquer sur votre manière de faire. Lamentable et je pense demain ne plus être votre client Comment pouvez vous accepter de louer des appartements aussi sale et sans chauffage En plus avec des enfants. Je vous ai demande le remboursement depuis le joue ou je suis arrivé. Et parti le jour même à l'hôtel. Les autres photos seront publiés sur les réseaux sociaux et aussi produit en justice. Pour montrer ce que vous trouver normal. Une HONTE!!!!

Tout . Déjà votre service client inefficace. Et un appartement vendu comme un must et qui est sale . Une honte de travailler avec de tels escrocs. Je vais bien sur communiquer et montrer ce que vous êtes capable de faire .
