Really convenient, brand new, gteat location, sleek, with 24 hr security and assistance if needed.

Hard to sleep on th3 fiest night due to cool temp and heavy noise from the outisde (could not tell if it was a party or bar nearby).

Location, small and quiet and very diligent staff. Erwin was very attentive and professional. Great spacious room with all needed amenities including small kitchenette. All modern furniture. Very clean.

Not worth it, and I was lied to.

It was a good location.

It is still under construction. They do NOT have air conditioning as is listed in their amenities. It is priced as if it provides air conditioning. There is no one to help you at the front desk. They can't even provide toilet paper. You have to message someone in Peru before you arrive and send photos of your credit card. If you need help while you're staying there, you have to message someone in Peru.

Great boutique hotel

Great boutique hotel in a nice location of Polanco. The facilities were new and we enjoyed the spacious room. Really appreciated the air conditioning as well. The best part was the staff - Laura was the most helpful and accommodating host!

The location was wonderful - very nice neighborhood near all the most expensive stores and restaurants, but still accessible to other parts of the city. The bathroom was a little small, but otherwise 10/10.

Muy buena propiedad, con algunas fallas que se podrían mejorar para que llegara a ser óptima.

Muy cómoda, lindo mobiliario, buenas camas, buenos baños

Que el departamento era en un subsuelo, muy frío, bastante ruidoso, nunca nos avisaron que estaba situado allí. Tenía un termita que de muy pocos litros y el agua se enfriaba en menos de terminar un baño. Bastante incómodo. Luego de la limpieza nunca reponían bien la cantidad de toallas adecuada.

prometieron suit con balcon, en realidad un cuarto enterrado con epacio externo en un pozo de luz con insolacion de una hora diaria. personal abusivo, dificultad en obtener factura

GASTAMOS EL DOBLE POR SU CERO APOYO Y COMPRENSION

La ubicación esta genial, la zona es muy linda y hay mucho por hacer. El personal que me recibió siempre fue muy atento y estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitara. La limpieza estuvo excelente.

Bien con detalles

Tiene muy buena ubicación. La decoración y las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas, y cuentan con todos los servicios necesarios: cocineta, microondas, refrigerador grande y utensilios.

Se escucha bastante ruido de la calle; aunque proporcionan tapones para los oídos, éramos cuatro personas y no todos recibimos uno. El servicio tanto del gerente como del personal de seguridad fue descuidado e incluso grosero. El jacuzzi presentaba fallas eléctricas (daba toques al usarlo). Hicimos la queja correspondiente, pero no obtuvimos una respuesta clara. Al día siguiente lo revisaron y lo reservamos a las 11 a. m.; sin embargo, el personal de seguridad nos indicó que estaría disponible hasta las 12 para que se calentara. Cuando finalmente pudimos usarlo, el gerente nos pidió que saliéramos porque acababan de aplicar líquidos de limpieza. No hubo coordinación entre el personal, y esto fue decepcionante, ya que el jacuzzi era la principal razón por la que hicimos la reserva.

La ubicación en Polanco está maravillosa, literal enfrente de Palacio de Hierro. Son tipo depas “chiquitos” .

Gracias, excelente estadía.

Tuvimos una estancia excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, con todo muy cerca y en una zona muy agradable. La atención del personal fue siempre muy amable y atenta, y las instalaciones estaban impecables: todo súper limpio y bien cuidado. Lo que más valoramos fue poder descansar tranquilos cada noche, sabiendo que volvíamos a un lugar cómodo y seguro. ¡Muy recomendable!

Como comentario menor: aunque la cama era cómoda, el lado derecho estaba muy pegado a la pared y no tenía mesa de noche, lo cual fue un poco incómodo. Pero más allá de eso, lo demás fueron detalles muy pequeños que no restan lo bueno.

La ubicación y el jacuzzi muy buenos! Si quieres quedarte cerca de Polanco

No te ofrecen opción a estacionamiento ni opciones donde dejarlo. Solo uno de los baños funcionaba y nunca me respondieron sobre la dudas , una regadera no salía agua, solo pudimos usar 1 baño para 4 personas, no nos gustó nada eso.

Il personale è eccezionalmente gentile ed è sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Le stanze sono molto curate e pulite. Il check in e check out e’ molto agile. Le istallazioni sono sicure e in ottima posizione. Buon rapporto qualità /prezzio. Ma sopratutto la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale fanno una grande differenza.
