Great apartment for 2 to 3 days in a perfect location.

Location is great, view is really nice to one of the nicest street in Mexico City and it has a good gym.

Pillows need to be changed at once, bed is ok but pillows make it hard to get decent sleep.

Okay but not the best

The location was great, we were able to check in really late with absolute ease and the team stored our luggage in a locked locker. The bed linen was great, I fell asleep instantly.

Not as modern an apartment as we anticipated. We needed to use the washing machine, it was very old and not very intuitive and very loud. There was also oddly just one coffee pod (even though there were two of us).

It’s perfectly located.

The man working the front desk was shady at best. Retained my id and after asking for it he claimed ignorance which I agreed with. Upon checkout he was extremely slow to acknowledge I had paid a 2900. Pesos deposit and I really thought he wasn’t going to return it.

If location and comfort are all that matter to you, it is well worth the stay

Great location and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer in the unit along with the A/C for the main living area made the long stay comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well. The apartment was clean and had a daily cleaning service.

It is Polanco so you can expect noise but this place has more noise than you should expect for a stay. Everyday from about 6:30am to 8:30am the garbage truck was outside the apartment collecting and sorting the trash for the restaurant across the street. If you want to sleep past 6:30am, bring ear plugs. Three times during my two week stay a building alarm (presumably the bank next door) went off for about an hour in the middle of the night. Nothing you can really do about it and it is not the fault of the apartment owner but between that and the other noise, I wouldn’t stay here again despite it being nice and in an excellent location.

Be aware that if the room is on the side of Schiller Street, it’s going to be very noisy very early in the mornings. Soundproof windows should be seriously considered to improve the apartment.

Buena ubicación, bonito apartamento.mejorar en la administración

La ubicación excelente, el edificio y el sector muy seguros, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones.

Las sábanas, toallas muy regulares, algunas almohadas no tenían protector. Demasiada luz en las habitaciones. Lo peor fue que dentro del edificio olía marihuana cosa que me desagradó mucho.

La hubicación es lo unico bueno que tiene.

El departamento dice ser de lujo, pero no tiene nada de lujo. Todo el departamento da asco. Las camas no sirven. Quedaron sucias con pelos de personas. Los vidrios NO son a prueba de sonidos y peor aun, se siente como si no hay nada que te separe entre la calle y tu cuarto. En la noche sentias todo el ruido del bar de abajo como si estuviesen dentro de tu habitación. No dormimos nada por lo que me fui del hotel a la mañana siguiente, solo estuve 1 noche de 3 que tenia reservado. Todo es de mala calidad. Jamás recomendaría que alguien reserve acá. Cuando le dije a la gente que me iba quedándome todavía 2 noches más de estadia, no intentaron ni buscar ayudarme ni quedar bien conmigo de alguna manera. Solo dijeron, los entiendo, firmen aqui su salida temprana y ya. Yo teniendo 1 hija y mi esposa hospedados ahi me pareció una falta de respeto a tan poca atención.

La cama rechinaba solo de voltearme, el wc no funciona bien, la cafetera tiene el depósito de agua tambaleando, pasamos frío yo creo que invertirle en un edredón más grueso estaría maravilloso, tuve la mala suerte que el estacionamiento que tienen enfrente se pusieron hacer trabajos desde las 12:00 de la noche hasta las 5:00 de la mañana golpeando tubos, pues estaban arreglando algo, pero no se pudo dormir.

El depa más perfecto de Polanco

El depa es PERFECTO en todo sentido, super completo, tiene hasta un centro de lavado, personal 24/7, incluye la limpieza todos los días en el precio. La ubicación es, honestamente, insuperable. Además cuenta con estacionamiento gratis, Gym, áreas comunes. No se siente para nada la presencia de los otros huéspedes y realmente se puede descansar, mi esposo y yo viajamos muchos y sin duda este es uno de los mejores lugares en los que nos hemos hospedado. Además la comunicación con el host es fluida, perfecta y oportuna. Y la seguridad del lugar excelente.

Está bien ubicado. Muy cerca de Avenida Masaryk. La atención del personal de la recepción fue muy amable y eficiente. El lugar estaba limpio.

El departamento era más pequeño de lo que pensábamos. El agua en las regaderas salía muy mal. Si usábamos las dos regaderas al mismo tiempo, el agua perdía presión (que de por sí no era mucha) y cambiaba la temperatura del agua todo el tiempo. El departamento está mal diseñado. Me refiero a que no tiene mucho espacio. Por ejemplo no hay donde guardar tus maletas si es que viajas con mucho equipaje. El lavabo está mal diseñado y salpica agua por todas partes. El mobiliario está viejo y maltratado. El piso laminado rechina todo el tiempo cuando caminas sobre él. En general me parece que es un edificio en el que construyeron muchos departamentos tratando de sacar provecho, pero lo hicieron reduciendo mucho los costos y tiene mala calidad. Para lo que cuesta y por la ubicación que tiene, podían haber hecho algo mejor y de mejor calidad.

Месторасположение - отличный район, чистота, персонал.

Для 80-х годов прошлого столетия или ЧМ по футболу 1986 года это было бы ультра топ место 5*. На настоящее время выглядит старомодным, но в целом нормально, если было бы дороже как их же цена на Airbnb то было бы лишней переплатой. Сплит-система на стене не кондиционер, она просто гоняет воздух внутри в режиме рециркуляции, не охлаждает и не сушит воздух, потому что не имеет возможности сливать конденсат. Это просто замена потолочного вентилятора. Достаточно большой санузел, но непонятно по какой причине в нем очень маленькая раковина со странным краном с очень неудобным изливом воды - невозможно умыться не залив все вокруг водой. На улице возможен шум, который очень сильно слышен, здание 3-х этажное. В здании напротив до 5-го этажа только парковка, жилые помещения начинаются выше, скорее всего чтобы отсечь уличный шум.

Excelente lugar. Lo elijo todos los años por trabajo. Departamentos cómodos. Gran ubicación. Cuenta con una terraza donde se puede trabajar y tener reuniones. El gym bastante completo. Limpieza todo los días. Ya sea para alojarte 2 días o 2 semanas, es una decisión inteligente.

Mejoraría la acustica con mejores ventanas. Dado que algunas de las habitaciones dan sobre calle Schiller y al lado tienes el ingreso a un garage que desde las 6am recibe autos y en frente tiene un restaurante (muy bueno para comer sushi por cierto) que hasta la 1/2am genera movimiento. Nada muy grave pero es una oportunidad de mejora.
