Great stay, great location!

It was great location, great value money for a huge apartment. Some of the things were not there when we checked in but they were given to us upon request. Lovely stay I would recommend it only if the lift is working (which it was not at the moment). Also, it was quite loud due to construction in the elevator area.

Lift was not working so it was quite uncomfortable to go to the third floor.

beautiful, clean apt. cool inside. kitchen well appointed but no soap. Concierge spoke English

front desk concierge checked us in and carried our bags up to our first floor apt. Elevator was not working so host made sure that our apt was on first floor. Key code for apt. Concierge always opened front door for us at any hour.

Ideal stay for a first-time trip to CDMX

The flat was super for a group of friends. Big, comfortable, and in an amazing location! We stayed in several places in CDMX, but this was much better than other apartments we were at.

No washing machine. We were also a bit disappointed that the concierge could not receive parcels - with extra support we would have instead given a 10/10.

The location of the property and the attention of the staff in the building.

The property was not clean, there is not a thorough cleaning process on the bathroom and the room itself as shown in the pictures. There are no dishes and cutlery.

The location was great. The apartment was comfortable in size.

The 3 bedroom apartment has and old wood floor and it sound as you walk. Also, it says it has iron, hairdryer and it did not have it. Be aware that this apartment does not accept visitors! I had a couple of colleagues in the city that came to visit for a few minutes and it was an issue with the doorman. They want to charge for people entering the apartment. Also, the doorman does not help at all. He saw me carrying luggage, boxes, etc. And not one of them ever even helped opening the door. Terrible service on that end. I know i’m not in a hotel, but at least as a courtesy for a woman carrying many things, would be nice.

We chose this property in Polanco based on its 4-star rating and 8.6 “Excellent” reviews on Booking, but our experience was very disappointing and misleading for the cost. The smoke alarm kept going off until 1AM, and then continued beeping throughout the night, making it impossible to rest. We had an early 6AM start, so we barely slept four hours. On top of that, the bed sheets and pillow covers were not cleaned or changed, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one rated this high. The room was also extremely noisy, with no sound barrier between the hallway and the room — we could clearly hear other guests coming in late, walking and talking. Overall, the stay did not reflect the advertised quality, and we’re very disappointed in Booking for misleading customers with ratings that don’t match the reality of this property.

The place is clean, nice and cozy, great location and accessible. Staff is always available, recommended to stay again.

The location and how convenient to access. The staff is very warm and attentive. Always available through the app as well.

It was impossible to get consistent hot water from the shower. The water heater was turning on but the water was not hot at all, only for few seconds. In the early hours was hard to take a call to the staff and ask what was happening. Sometimes the smell of gas made me wonder if it was safe.

filthy apartment at a great location

The apartment was filthy. Especially floors and the windows. Bed sheets were smelly and makeup smudged on them. There were lipstick residue on the cups. We extended our checkout time with extra payment. Even before our standard checkout time, they brought a guy to visit our apartment who was already staying at another apartment and interested in switching😳 It was a bizarre moment for us while packing. Of course we refused it! Another bizarre incident we had was a couple of teenagers attempted to enter into the apartment. Entry door of the apartment has a digital keypad which leaves fingerprints on it. it’s easy to read the numbers you pressed and leaves you with 24 pin combinations. I don’t want to accuse those teenagers. But after we opened the door to see what was happening, they just said their door was not opening and they left. Why on earth someone would attempt to open another apartment’s door just because their door not opening! It didn’t hit us that moment because we were dealing with our 1 year old’s tantrum. After giving it a second thought, this incident makes us nervous.

El encargado Ivan fue sumamente atento y nos ayudo muchisimo con todas nuestros requerimientos, especialmente con el lavado y secado diario de las toallas. Había un personal de seguridad dentro del edificio las 24 horas.

Lamentablemente, el elevador estaba fuera de servicio por mantenimiento. Eso no nos afecto casi nada porque nuestro departamenteo era en el primer piso.

El único detalle fue que el elevador estaba fuera de servicio y tuvimos que subir al cuarto piso 😵‍💫 además de esto, recuerdo que decía que había disponible jabón, shampoo y acondicionador, y en el baño que nos correspondía, no había nada de esto

Buena ubicación, camas cómodas, descuidos con el departamento

La ubicación es perfecta, las camas muy cómodas , estacionamiento básico .

El personal que te recibe ( vigilante ) fue grosero , no tenía agua potable , dejaron basura en la Cocina , no dejan suficiente jabón de cuerpo , shampoo y jabón de manos , De hecho es el mismo que el cuerpo .

Problemas con la plataforma de pago, intentamos hacerlo con 3 tarjetas diferentes y el banco lo reportaba como fraudulento/no seguro. La persona que nos recibió dijo que siempre le pasaba con extranjeros, no es una respuesta acertiva. Deben tener una plataforma más segura. Algunos pocillos y platos despicados. 1 toalla con rotos.

El acceso al apartamento, llegamos en la madrugada y aunque habíamos notificado y nos habían confirmado presencia de personal las 24 horas estuvimos un tiempo largo esperando a que nos abrieran y debimos contactar vía chat y llamada al propietario para que nos ayudara a ingresar. Podrían incluir un pequeño horno o algo para mejorar la dotación de la estación de café.
