Wonderful location and very comfortable rooms. The front desk and security team were fantastic.

We were in a 2nd story apartment on the road side and unfortunately the windows were not well sealed, so the road noise was pretty rough. Definitely bring a white noise machine or ask for a patio facing room.

Excellent Stay in Polanco

truly enjoyed my stay at Grand Polanco Residencial. The location on Isaac Newton Street is ideal — central to everything in Polanco yet tucked away on a quiet residential block. It felt safe at all hours, and I was comfortable walking in the evening. The suite itself was very spacious compared to a traditional hotel room. Having a separate living area and kitchen made the stay much more comfortable and relaxed. The room was facing the courtyard, and it was very quiet. No street noise, which made for great sleep. Security and staff were professional and attentive. The controlled entrance and front desk presence made the building feel secure without being intrusive. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for apartment-style comfort in one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. I would absolutely stay here again.

Not worth the amount of money we paid. It is very noisy.

The room is clean and spacious.

The room had a constant low humming noise, along with a high-pitched noise that occurred every few minutes. These noises significantly disrupted our sleep every night for the entire duration of our stay. We raised this issue and asked to change rooms, but we were informed that all rooms have the same noise problem. There isn't carpet on the floor and the upstairs guest walked around in her shoes all the time and it was very loud. The breakfast was bare minimum, mostly only cereal and milk and toast. No breakfast is provided on Sunday. The location is very far away from other interesting neighborhoods such as Roma area and historic district. You basically have to take a taxi to anywhere other than Polanco. As a tourist, this is not a good choice.

Wonderful place to stay in Polanco.

It really exceeded expectations. Our suite was huge and spotlessly clean.

The road noise was the only real drawback, but next time I’ll ask for a room facing the courtyard.

The Grand Polanco Residence was perfect for our stay in Mexico City

It is in Polanco at a safe area of Mexico city. Archeology Museum and the park of Chapultepec in walking distance. Very good ice cream shop several good reszaurants nearby.

There was no way to checkin at 4:30 am when we arrived to Mexico City. Therefore I had to book a night at the Camino hotel at the airport

Ambience of the hotel and suite. Location in lively residential part of Mexico City. Proximity to museums, restaurants, basic grocery shopping. Very walkable, safe neighbourhood in lively area of Polanco.

OK room. Some disappointments.

Location was very convenient. A block away from the Polanco Metro station and near many restaurants and shops, including a nearby Walmart Food Market. Everyone I dealt with at the hotel was very nice, although few seemed to know English. Only the receptionist.

A washing machine in the room was advertised, but there wasn't one. There was a free laundry room in the hotel which was open from 17:00 to 22:00. Given the number of machines in use, I'm guessing no rooms had a washing machine. Rooms facing the street can be very loud. Bring earplugs. Thermostats didn't seem to work. Rooms wouldn't cool down below 21C/70F. When checking in had to sign a long, legal-looking document that was totally in Spanish. My Spanish wasn't good enough to understand what it said.

Fantastic Stay at Grand Polanco Residential Hotel

Location is unbeatable at the upscale neighborhood of Polanco. Tons of restaurants and shops around. Very convenient. WiFi very steady. The apartment is very spacious n clean. The kitchen includes all the basic utensils n microwave n toaster oven. Free use of washer n dryer after 5pm. Courteous staff. Very comfortable apartment to return to after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended.
