Good spot to enjoy CDM for a few days!

The hotel and room are clean, in a quiet area where it’s easy to walk around. The room size and storage available were perfect for a short stay in Mexico City. The personnel was kind and available.

The rooms could be better isolated when it comes to the sound, especially as our room was close to the shared living room and we could hear the TV. Everything else was great.

The room is super comfortable and we’re well arranged/planned. It was everything nesesarily in the room. The beds were comfortable. Reception desk very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay there

this place charged me for two nights,,,I only booked and stayed for one. I paid on arrival what they insisted on cause i was tired and needed a room to rest. the clerk spoke zero English,,,my Spanish is poor...and I paid what they wanted to get on with it...and hoping Bookings will solve this.

I had a room on 3rd floor so i had to walk up and down 3 flights of winding stairs....this was opposite of my request. The clerk gavbe me a bottle of wine for my troubles....

Exceptional

I loved the energy of the woman working here, super friendly, helpful and I felt super safe and supported. I was travelling with my little dog and a lot of bags which is not always super smooth but I got help with my bags and I felt very welcomed with my dog. I got help to store my bags in their office before I left to the airport and I got 2 hours later checkout upon request which really made my life easier on my journey. I highly recommend this place- clean, nice kitchen and good vibes

Good studio apartment in a convenient and safe location

Good place to stay for a week in CDMX. There is someone at the front desk 24h. The location is very good and the property felt safe. The studio was clean with a comfortable bed. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, plates, cups and utensils. The full kitchen on the first floor can be used by all guests as well. The personnel was friendly and approachable. The Wifi in my room worked well.

Right across from the building, there is a place where people meet and have sessions that include loud music and screaming (per receptionist this is supposedly some form of noise therapy). Luckily these do not last too long, but could be annoying if you wanted to rest at the same time.

The perfect option in Mexico City!!!!

We loved our stay here at the Gallery. Perfect oasis to return to after a busy day of sight seeing in Mexico City. Our room had a wonderful kitchenette/with fridge and a very comfy bed. La Condesa is the BEST area in Mexico City and this hotel is located right in the centre of it.

Amazing team of staff, I was not able to get early check-in but was able to leave my luggage locked with reception and hang around the living room and kitchen area. They have bikes you can use which was a lovely way to explore the city!

Affordable and comfortable

Spacious and filled with natural light, the apartment was a delight. There are also numerous common spaces in the roof, a dining room and courtyard. The neighborhood is beautiful with numerous places for either street food, low or high end restaurants. The staff is continuously on the premises and for is opened personally by staff. Feels very secure. Very friendly staff.

It's hard to avoid all odors from the sewers, but a removable rubber cap on the drain might reduce them.

Clean and cozy apartment in a safe quiet neighborhood

It is in a safe neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, bed is comfortable, shower is hot with good water pressure and a nice little rooftop where you can chill out. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Beautiful apartment with a fridge and a microwave in the room. A community kitchen was also available for everybody on the firsr floor. The metro is close to the apartment and a walmart nearby, a lot of reatuarants and bars. The staff was very helpful and friendly and we felt very safe all the time.

Nice place, will come back if in CDMX

Well lit room, very big and comfy! The location is very nice - cafes and pubs around. Also the Chapultepec garden is very closeby (albeit a bit hard to find its entrance, but that's not the apartment's fault hahaha)

The shower was a bit temperamental. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but it switched to cold water really quick if I moved the taps a bit too much. There was a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee, so maybe get your own?
