It's a new apartment with everything that is needed in the kitchen. Good location near the center of the city. Warm and comfy rooms. Free parking in front.

Cozy place at the historical heart of Karlovo

It’s close to the historical center of the city. Specious and well-maintained property. We were provided with almost everything to fill comfortable and at home.

Comfortable stay in the Rose valley

The apartment is modern and comfortable, providing all the amenities needed for a good stay. The location is superb because it is between the center and the old town.

There were some minor flaws such as no napkins and running out of toilet paper but one can live without it.

A Balkan gem

The apartment was in a good location and was nicely decorated and very welcoming. The hosts were very hospitable and typical of Bulgarian kindness. We were able to explore Karlovo and visit lots of interesting places and then return to a clean and comfortable environment.

No issues whatsoever I would definitely return to Karlovo and the property,we all had a fantastic experience

Not for sensitive people (with small kids)

Lots of care put in the details to furnish it. clean and tidy.

nowhere on the pictures of the apartment it is shown the building in which it is situated. A very old and not maintained building, which smells all around of sorry but - death.. internet wasn’t working, no breakfast offered as initially described (we were told that across the street there is a bakery, which in fact looks like it doesn’t work for months), neither we saw kids playground, as also advertised. no touch with the owner, explanation was that it was so because of corona. I would advise the owner to update the description of what he offers as he truly misleads the people this way.

A very cozy apartment for a great experience in Karlovo

We had a very nice stay there. The apartment is close to the center of the city and it's very easy to reach the mountains from there, passing through the center and a park. Right in front of the apartment there is a grocery store and it's not far from the local market. Ivan has been very nice with us, and it's absolutely COVID-safe. The apartment is confortable, and has many nice features. Surely we'll come back to Karlovo and Guest Apartment Balkan will be our first choice :)

The perfect stay in the heart of Karlovo!

The Apartment was great. It had everything two families with babies needed for a long weekend. It was very central and parking two cars was easy.

Everything was perfect. We had no worries.

Мястото е много приятно с отлично усещане за домашен уют . Изключително чисто и с добра комуникация със собственика инструкциите за настаняване са много точни и лесно се достига до мястото . Леглата са комфортни ,отлична шумоизолация .

беше ми изпратено съобщение в 9 часа сутринта ,за да ме попитат кога ще освободя апартамента , стори ми се неудобно тъй като в неделя сутрин по това време хората спят . Указаното време за напускане е 12ч.

Изключително добро място

Локацията е удобна - на пешеходно разстояние от забележителности и центъра. Паркирането пред сградата е лесно и винаги имаше места. Апартаментът беше просторен, чист, топъл (посещение през декември). Комуникацията с хоста беше изключително лесна. На близо има добри заведения, магазини. В апартамента има условия за готвене, макар че ние не се възползвахме. Сградата ми се стори относително тиха за жилищна. Ние ползвахме само едната спалня, към улицата, и беше доста тихо. Бях изненадана предвид някои ревюта, че е шумно. Със сигурност бихме отседнали отново тук. Имахме късмет, че посетихме в умрял сезон, защото направихме резервацията в последния момент. Предполагам, че обикновено е нужно да се букне по-рано.

Ако нещо не ми е харесало, е субективно. Например аз бих предпочела малко по-твърд матрак, но в ревютата някой се оплакваше, че този е прекалено твърд. Обективно апартаментът отговаря на описанието и снимките тук, така че получавате точно това, което очаквате.

Пълно разочарование и съсипана почивка!

Локацията, климатиците, паркирането. Нищо повече!

При пристигането ни апартамента беше в ужасно мръсно състояние. Собственика твърдеше, че е бил изчистен (прахосмукачка и моп). След това прочетох многобройни коментари от почиващи със същия проблем. Явно собственика злоупотребява с гостите си, след като не е взел мерки. Наложи се да изчистим преди да се нанесем. Стените бяха на мръсни и мазни петна, матраците неудобни, чаршафите бархетни (идеални за лято и за безсънни нощи). Ютията е черна от нагар, няма сушилник за изпраните дрехи, кофата за боклук е мръсна отвън, навсякъде косми, дори в чиниите, 3 от 4-те хавлии бяха с гнусни петна от предните ползватели, държача на душа е счупен, покривката на масата е с мръсни петна, всичко беше толкова мръсно, че се налижи да мием по два пъти преди да го използваме. Като цяло апартамента е захабен и се нуждае поне от освежаване. Уважаеми бъдещи гости, ако сте се подлъгали като нас и сте заварили тази мизерия, моля ви почистете след себе си, защото собственика няма да го направи! 9.8 оценка… ти да видиш… Жалко, че не мога да прикача повече от 4 снимки…

Удобно за семейно пътуване

На много удобно местоположение - в близост до главната пешеходна зона, музеи и паметници. Комуникацията със собственика беше много добра и бърза - за първи път разговор през букинг върви почти като в чат! 🙂

Може би цената ми се стори малко висока, но е възможно и аз да не съм в час с многото промени в цените на всичко.
