The lady behind reception was soooo helpful with there being no uber she was our taxi organiser and was so friendly the whole time. Really made us feel at home. The aircon was great and essential. It was within walking distance to the festival arena.
The open shower could do with having a shower squeegee on a pole so that you can walk in with socks on after having had a shower.

It’s good value for money, no noise, friendly staff
No breakfast facilities, restaurant was always closed, slight cigarette smell at times around the hotel

Good facility's, lift, comfort
Room smelled too much like smoke. Soakaway iin bathroom blew more smoke scent in.

- Good location and an excellent choice to save some time if you're going to visit the events around the Rowing Canal Plovdiv;
- the air conditioner in my room needs maintenance for sure;
- not soundproofed rooms;
