Perfect place for a quick visit.

Very friendly staff, close to stadium where there is plenty of free parking, spacious room and quiet place. Breakfast was delicious. Room had heating, bathroom was clean.

Bathroom sink was clogged so it took a little time for the water to drain. The bed, while spacious, had 2 separate 1 person mattresses with a separator in the middle making cuddling very uncomfortable. The pillows were also not big and were very soft, which made sleeping for me a bit uncomfortable.

Didn't care for the fact they tried to ask me for a new price (89BGN) and I had to explain I booked well in advance under a different price (79BGN). That's just unprofessional.

They were very nice into letting us eat breakfast on the terrace since we were with our dog. Close to the center. Big rooms.

The lady at the reception did not speak very good English. We arrived at 12 midnight, very tired and it took her 20 minutes to do our check-in. When we entered the room only the sheet and the pillows were on the bed. We had to make our own bed (put the blankets inside the sheets) and you can imagine how unpleasant that is when you arrive so late. We did rate it a nice 8 because they were nice enough to bring us the food on the terrace in the morning, but the experience when we arrived was not very nice.

No funciona el ascensor, se rompió la cerradura de la habitación y querían que pagase la mitad. Nos cambiaron de habitación y el sofá cama estaba roto, tuve que ir a la otra habitación y traer un colchón para ponerlo en el suelo para que mi hijo durmiera.
