We enjoyed our stay for one night as attending a wedding nearby. Apartment very spacious.

Breakfast was great in the Old Bull next door. Handy parking. Apartment had everything you could want for a short/long stay.

Squeaky floor boards in bathroom lol, couldn't creep around in the night to use the bathroom, but to be expected in an old building. Not a big issue.

Location and size of the apartment. Nicely decorated, well looked after!

Only thing was that we couldn’t find any extra bedding/duvet cover for the sofa bed when we specified there was 5 guests on the booking. Other than that everything was great.

Spacious, well equipped apartment. Owner, Sean was easy to communicate with.

One small detail, kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery etc but would have benefited from a sharp knife, we could only find a bread knife!

An average stay but good price

Apartment was located above the tool shop in the car park easy to find. Kitchen had different drinks such as coffee , tea and milk TV was working wifi

Kind of a weird experience. Keys were collected at a pub next to it (The bulldog), which seem to have no affiliation to this place. Didn't even ask for my name or confirmation of booking and just gave me the keys. Bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly Seem to have issues with the flooring too, lots of uneven flooring where when you step on it it would squeak

some of the radiators didn’t seem to work, so the bathroom and one of the bedrooms were pretty cold

Excellent accomodation in Royston

Lovely, spacious accomodation with everything we needed. Very clean and modern furnishing. Massive bathroom. Nice off street parking. Location was great with Tesco Express right there. Close to public transport. Walking distance to the town centre.

There was a dishwasher, but no tablets, so we couldnt use it. Also no washing up liquid. A little noisy at times with people upstairs, but not a massivel problem. Mainly noisy in mornings.

We arrived late @ 10pm. Key collection convenient. Good facilities and location.

Spacious and conveniently located for our needs.

Mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. We sleep on a hard mattress at home. Recognise this is a personal preference. The apartment was freezing when we arrived. It took a little while for the heating to warm the apartment up after we switched it on from the boiler settings. There was no thermostat anywhere to see/control the temperature.

The location was amazing Very roomy apartment and well equipped kitchen Hot water and great shower Bed linen and towels provided

The beginning of colder mornings and evenings so it wasn’t very warm. There was no clue as to when or if the heaters and towel rail would come on . They did seem to come on very briefly. Luckily we had hot water bottles with us.

Really good value when sharing the cost

Very easy and pleasant check-in. Very central location within Royston. Very spacious apartment. Very comfortable bed.

The toilet was only bolted to the floor on one side and was easy to rock. That's not very confidence inspiring; it risks damaging the property (toilet base and/or the floor) and potentially personal injury, and unnecessarily cheapens the experience. A bit pricey given that it isn't a bed & breakfast.

Comfortable, clean accommodation in the centre of Royston.

This was our second stay here and the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Some very squeaky floorboards (but it is an old property); no problem for us as we had no one to disturb. Can't park outside if the market is happening the following day (but there is parking nearby).

Good but could so easily be great

Great location in the middle of Royston. Market car park right outside the door is free after 3pm. Very spacious apartment with very good facilities (tv in each bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine….)

Generally clean but some areas could have been better (oven, scale in bathroom sink and toilet). Would benefit from half a day of a handyman’s time to sort silly little things like dripping kitchen tap, wobbly toilet, dishwasher that wants to fall over when you open the door, broken coffee table leg. Mattresses weren’t particularly comfortable and really squeaky.
