Fab trip to cambridge

Clean, comfortable and good location

The property was booked for the four of us (two senior couples) and proved to be very well equipped and furnished, very clean and comfortable (especially the beds/mattresses) and in a good location to take a steady walk into the city (10 to 15 minutes). A parking space is provided with the property (secured behind electric gates) with easy access through the rear gate when transferring luggage from a vehicle into the property. The host, Chris, was very efficient and helpful from my initial enquiry/booking and was always available if required (emails and telephone calls/messages) were always answered promptly and courteously. Footnote: The property can easily accommodate 8 adults comfortably

Fantastic location. Great to have a parking spot. House was well equipped and spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable and it was very clean.

The outside bins were full and we could not take our rubbish out of the kitchen. The issue is more that the council don’t collect the rubbish often enough rather than an issue with the house.

Enjoyed our stay with family and friends.

An easy walk to the Center of Cambridge and restaurants/pubs in the area. Also the location offers quick access to the highways for any day trips in the region. The place is great for large family gatherings, providing that much needed space for everyone.

The dishwasher could use a new rack and some pots and pans could be replaced. Nothing to worry about if you visit the great pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

A nice and calm stay in Cambridge

The accommodation is spacious and offered the comfort we desired. The city centre was just a 20 minute walk away and we were close to supermarkets and stores. Also, it was great the accommodation offered a free parking spot for our car. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet.

We found the accommodation not well-cleaned and some parts could use a renovation. The water pressure of all three showers was very low and two bathrooms were very small. For the price of the accommodation it should be better.

It was a lovely home away from home, especially with a young family.

The whole house was very clean and having a private secure parking space was great. Central Cambridge was only a 20 minute walk away. Communication from the host was fantastic, check in and check out was smooth and the host replied very quickly regarding issues and questions.

We didn't have any complaints.

An excellent choice for getting together with our family and seeing Cambridge.

The property is ideally situated for the city centre. There were 6 adults and a baby in our group and the four bedrooms were ideal for our needs. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Awesome house and location!

The house is extraordinary!! Very clean, well equipped and everything on high Standards. The landlord helps you anytime with everything and everything is really easy going. Anything interesting in Cambridge is just a walk away. You can easily explore the City without car. Nearby are Retaurants and Pubs as well big markets for the daily Needs.

Great clean, comfortable accommodation. Good value for money with friendly and helpful host.

We liked the cleanliness, comfort, facilities, the proximity to the town, the owner was helpful and quick to respond to our queries. We had a lovely stay in Cambridge and this was in no small part a result of the very comfortable, light and clean well-equipped accommodation.

The coffee was not good only because we were provided with coffee beans but no coffee grinder, I suspect this was a genuine mistake, the packaging is the same. It wasn't a problem as we had brought our own. We liked everything else. We felt the kitchen was a little under-equipped in terms of pans lids and baking trays, otherwise no complaints
