A lovely stay in a lovely place

The property was lovely and clean . The decor was nice and tasteful and comfortable

Both bedroom windows didn’t open . The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work..the toilet door locked wouldn’t lock (had to lubricant)

location was great, flat was spacious and well equipped, particularly if you want to cook.

the communal stairwell carpet for the building is pretty dirty. The double bed in the main bedroom had an uncomfortable mattress. It wasn't possible to open the bedroom window, it was locked.

Fair price value for Cambridge. Clean and comfortable, once accessed.

Arrival information was adequate for getting the keys from the Lockbox.

To access the lockbox, the bin door was extremely difficult to open. In addition, there was little information for access from parking garage to flat. And once sorted it, it still required various ramps, doors, etc., which complicated check-in, especially after dark.

Really enjoyed our stay in this cosy flat

The flat was ideally located for a family visit, the free parking was a bonus in this area. It was well equiped , warm and comfortable. We used the cinema, bowling and a restaurant very close by, caught a bus from the stop opposite to the city centre and walked around Mill Road and to shops.

With three of us staying we were short of space for our luggage but we shuffled it about.

Great apartment that is new, clean and spacious. Great location.

The property was very central and in a great location. The train station and all the shops (coffee shops, express supermarkets, takeaway food stores) were within 5 mins walk and other restaurants within 15 min walk. Also, the property was a relatively new build, clean, well stocked (coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo & conditioner), good sized kitchen and good facilities.

The door was hard to close. You had to really push it hard and from within, pull it hard. At one point we thought we would be locked in and spending our weekend within the apartment!

Amazing Cambridge flat!

Excellent location, well connected by bus stops, very cosy beds, and a small but well equipped kitchen. Check in was smooth and easy. Great base to explore Cambridge during graduation weekend!

Wonderful cosy stay at this plush flat with excellent amenities & great hosts!

The flat was incredible. Felt like home. Will definitely book again. We loved having a bus stop right outside to take us to the town & train station. Also having a variety of shops & restaurants outside too. The hosts Cherie & Steve were fabulous nothing was a bother as I bombarded them with constant questions!

The underground car park was a bit creepy, but it was safe & as it was free secure car parking I can’t complain really!

We had a lovely break, this was a great place to meet up with family.

Well equipped kitchen, good shower, comfortable lounge. Easy access to shops, restaurants, transport . Owner was very helpful and quick to respond.

Comfortable stay, a short uber ride from Cambridge city centre.

It was neat and clean, and had everything we needed for a short 2 night stay. Very close to general stores for basic necessities.

The distance to the station is close but if you are walking with luggage it’s not that easy of a walk.

The room is nice and clean with all facilities we needed. It is an excellent place for staying in Cambridge for a night. The kitchen is massive and everything is excellent provided.

There is no hair blower provided. And the bed is slightly too soft.

Great 2 bed flat in excellent location.

This flat is in a great location; close to Tesco Express, restaurants and opposite a Costa! Round the corner on cherry hinton road is a popular indian restaurant takeaway called Taj and an awars winning bakery called Kanto. The flat itself is compact but makes good use of the space. Flat was clean and nicely decorated. The smart TV and wifi were also nice additions. The host gave clear instructions on how to collect the keys and where to park. Found all utensils, crockery and cutlery needed for a 1 night stay. Overall, a lovely flat in an excellent location and I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

I didnt realise the sofa bed was a single so we had to do a bit of swapping sleeping arrangements. The shower is nice but the tray that holds the water is not very deep and can spill over the side. Last gripe that may not bother everyone their was no privacy net curtains or blinds to allow light in but give privacy as you are close to pavement/road as you are on the bottom floor.

Lovely place

Everything was perfect. We came from Malaysia and the house is lovely. It has everything you need and there are 2 grocers (Tesco and Sainsbury) just at your doorstep. The unit is very clean. 10/10 for everything.

Comfortable, calm and well-equipped apartment close to the railway station

Comfortable flat for 2-3 persons, fully equipped kitchen and living room area. Close to supermarkets and the station but a 30 minutes walk from the centre of Cambridge. Very responsive host, communication went very well.

Owner forgot our request for another set of keys, but would certainly have reacted if I had insisted, we after all managed with only one set.

We enjoyed our visit to Cambridge which is a brilliant city. The apartment was in a good location - with around a 25 min

The property was clean and modern and nicely decorated . Nice and bright and comfy beds. It was in a good location and had underground parking. There was a bus route into the city or you can walk easily. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.

There wasn’t enough seating for 4 people to relax properly. There wasn’t enough crockery/utensils and therefore we were washing up a lot. The apartment needed a new laminate floor. The dishwasher didn’t work properly. The building was insecure and we had someone who appeared to be drunk knocking on the door asking to charge their phone at 4:30am which was very off putting. This is because the lock didn’t work on the entry door. The carpets on the stairwell outside the apartment were dirty. The oven hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. We raised these issues with the owner and had no response.

In summary we had a good stay, the apartment was clean and well appointed. The beds were a bit soft.

Unfortunately, the staircase leading up to the apartment had a very dirty carpet all the way up ( 3 floors) the stairs to the apartment which did not create a very good impression. The beds were very soft

Great location, clean, could improve on communication.

The kitchen facilities were excellent, air fryer and a coffee machine were a bonus! Great location, easy walk into the city centre, train station is so close and there is restaurants and food shops round the corner.

The access to the car was via a very smelly alleyway (not the property’s fault) I believe the gate had been left open by another resident. I had to chase the owner the day before arriving, they did not confirm the booking or how to access the property until the day of the booking.

Good Location. There are lots of shops and chinese supermarket near by. Only 10mins walk to train station. the service was very friendly.we had have a fantastic experience for a 2night stay. strongly recommended

Wonderful

I really appreciate everything. All the facilities that someone to stay out of home and feel as your own home. In addition to the good furniture and well equipped kitchen There were good and clean towels and blankets. The neighborhood is also ver quiet . I recommend and intend to come back .

Cheaper & more convenient & flexible than staying in a hotel & can make your own food or eat out if you wanted to. It even had secure underground parking.

Nice, modern and comfortable apartment that was well presented. Car parking was a bonus. Great Location.

The shower flooded as there is no rim on the shower door and the fire alarm above the oven was very sensitive.

Not worth the money in my opinion.

Did like the location, it was calm and friendly environment.

Did not enjoyed the unpleasant smell in the kitchen and livingroom did smelt of some kind of old rubbish which we were able to smell straight away when walked into the apartment first time, also windows was not clean in bedroom (egg stains 😳) which was also quite unpleasent, also it wasnt easy closing the windows did need some strength for them to close.

Lovely place to stay if you don't need to cook or sleep well.

The beds so uncomfortable. And limitations to cook with. With new beds and more stuff to cook with we would give this place 10 out of 10
