MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, SHE HAS NO BUSINESS IN THE HOSPITAL BUSINESS. DO BETTER!!
NOTHING AT ALL
I didn't like anything about the property. Ella is a terrible human and SHOULD NOT BE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS, condescending towards Africans with a lot of rules she will not post on the app platforms so as to know before booking her space. I stayed only 3 nights at the property out of 7 nights i paid for, until she asked me to leave because I politely asked for the heater since I was shivering. I travelled from Africa, a temperate region, to the beginning of fall, and she blatantly allowed me to freeze through the night because she does not care. I almost lost my life and was studying at Cambridge University. This caused me Mental stress and physiological trauma during my stay. I was stranded and had to sleep at a shelter before rebooking and getting another place. She asked me to leave and refused to refund me, so she owes me, and I will involve the police to get my money back. She is such a despicable human, and Booking.com is supposed to be responsive, but you refused to respond to all my complaint emails. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

Very clean basic accommodation, not far from Cambridge Railway Station.
No meal was provided with this accommodation. I wanted basic accommodation and this is exactly what I got, The bedroom (single bed) was spotlessly clean (and comfortable) as was the shared bathroom. I make special mention of the lovely lady owner. She was so pleasant and helpful, and made me feel really welcome.
There is nothing I didn't like. I wanted simple basic accommodation near the railway station (about 15 minutes walk) and got exactly what I expected. Initially I considered the room a bit on the expensive side, but it isn't when you consider how expensive accommodation in Cambridge is,

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Aardige dame. Bood koffie aan bij aankomst en zij zei ook dat ik haar fiets mocht gebruiken. Goede locatie tussen treinstation en stadscentrum. Rustige omgeving. Ruime douche en schoon.
Was prima, dus er viel niets tegen.
