Lovely little stay

Great location and excellent communication from the host. Felt very comfortable to contact them. Lovely place for a short stay.

It just felt like a few things could do with a freshen up, the bath towels were marked and rough and the shower itself and shower mat wasn't particularly clean (we didnt use it after we shook it out into the shower and saw what came off of it). But it was fine for a short stay.

A great place to stay and explore Cambridge

Studio was very comfortable. Host very welcoming. Ideal location for exploring Cambridge with bus stop on main road 5 mins walk away. Free off road parking a bonus and host very knowledgeable about the area. Private access via side gate directly to the studio, so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable apartment. Everything was very clean. I took the bus to and from the center / university, and the bus was pretty easy to use. I’d recommend staying here and would stay again, but you just need to be ok taking public transport to the center.

Comfortable, pleasant, quiet room with easy access to city centre

Comfortable, well looked after and clean, and convenient to get into the city centre by bus (much better than trying to park in the city). It was good to be able to leave my car at the property. Very pleasant room overlooking the garden. Hosts most helpful and easy to contact.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get the TV controller to work, maybe need some clear instructions for it?

Fabulous stay, made very welcome, great location

Excellent location, close to the centre but also very close to a park and ride The room had absolutely everything I needed including a fan The host were excellent at communicating before I arrived and after my first night they checked in to see if I had slept well and if I needed anything They exceeded my expectations The room was very clean and comfortable . , plenty of storage space, huge bed and TV , great amount of daylight and open onto a lovely garden There were lots of wall sockets around the bed which was great because I have a c-pap machine I honestly couldn’t find fault and look forward to returning

Great stay with personable hosts!

Amazing hosts, who not only spent the day answering my questions in regards to places to eat and where to keep my bike, but also who invited me to have wine with their family and friends at the garden and even dinner! I felt like I was staying with friends rather than at a rented accommodation! Good facilities, great shower, comfy, quiet night sleep. And a lovely dog too!

Great stay, lovely place!

Location was great, host was very nice, easy to navigate coming and going and very clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Nice and warm in the room.

The bedroom door was very creaky, which meant if you needed the loo in the night you'd definitely wake up the other person in the room, and because it was joined to the house we felt the need to be really quiet so as not to disturb anyone else.

Very clean, excellent bathroom. 5 m minute walk to bus stop with 12 minutes service to the town centre every quarter hour until late night - make the most of this! Quiet location during our stay. Parking available in anti-motorist city. Excellent for short city stay. Good instructions to access keys

Main room a bit cramped for two; lock on entry gate temperamental - still catching even after correct code entered - needed a good shake as well

Perfect stay for our trip

Umar was a perfect host and showed us everything that we needed. The room was comfortable and perfect for our stay. We were allowed to park on the drive, which was really useful. We would certainly recommend a stay here if you're in the area!

Lovely place to stay

Perfect place to stay. I received a very warm welcome. The bed was super comfy and the shower very good. Water, tea and coffee were provided and everywhere was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a short stopover

Umar, the owner, was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Quiet garden room with private entrance, big tv screen with netflix, coffee and tea provided, modern bathroom with rainshower. Free parking. Small spar supermarket at walking distance as well as a delicious sri lankan restaurant (Coconut).

The neighbourhood was not so lovely. Room could use a little refreshing up.

Warm, peaceful comfortable stay.

The room was peaceful with beautiful artwork and the added touch of lovely pottery. It had good energy. The bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows. They even had oat milk for tea and coffee which is a rarity in accommodation! Easy access to the centre and Fitzwilliam -20 ish min bus ride and a walk.

I would have preferred a lock on the door to the suite itself ( a latch ) as the lock on the handle wasn’t working but the host was lovely and said they’d look at it etc.

Good value and location for an overnight stay in Cambridge

The room worked out really well for us as somewhere to stay for one night in Cambridge. It was clean, quiet and tastefully furnished. Omar was very welcoming and helpful. The later check out time appealed to us when making the booking, as did the off-street parking. We didn't mind staying on the outskirts of the city. It took about 30 minutes to walk into the centre. We caught the bus back, which was a short journey. The buses run regularly and there is a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk from the house.

We were very happy with our stay, but if we had been there for longer it might have been useful to have a toaster as well as the tea and coffee facilities that are already provided.

Home from Home, big TV want to stay again soon!

Such a lovely space to spend time in, sadly I didn't get to spend too much time as I was working and the weather wasn't great. Will be keeping an eye on future bookings as I need to be in Cambridge twice a month. So the chance to stay will always be good.

Honestly nothing to dislike, everything is clean and tidy you are made to feel at home as no request seems to be too much and even when good old virgin ruin your day the hosts kept me updated with fixing it and that for me was worth more than anything!

Relaxing, private annex to unwind.

Fabulous, relaxing place, an annex to a family home, private and with own bathroom. Impeccably clean, with comfortable bed and instantly calm feeling in end of cul-de-sac road and room facing towards garden. Lovely place to relax, a bit out of the way of the bustle of the city centre (I cycled to and from, keeping my fold up bike outside in the garden). Very welcoming host. Good place to watch a little Netflix or Amazon on the provided guest accounts. Nice Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant nearby if needed. Would stay again/recommend.

The room has a solid, lockable door to the hall, which leads to the bathroom just opposite, and also to the rest of the house - that latter connection is just a curtain so a little noise does transfer through both ways; ideally that would be a door in my opinion, but its a minimal matter and in some ways quite nice to be connected (the little dog popped through for a quick visit!).

Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren. Het apartement is modern ingericht en er is een eigen vrije toegang. Ook kun je gebruik maken van de ruime tuin en is er een gratis parkeerplaats voor de deur. Het appartement ligt in een rustige buitenwijk van Cambridge en het centrum is goed en snel bereikbaar per bus (10 minuten). Cambridge zelf is toeristisch, maar wel erg leuk. Vooral het varen met een punter langs de colleges is een aanrader.

和房东的沟通很通畅，顺利的入住过程。房间的窗户和入户门正对着后院，相对独立。卫生间和卧室中间隔着一个走廊，需要出去一下房间，但是也相对方便。最棒的是房间有地暖，早春的剑桥还是有些冷的，地暖很大程度上增加了舒适度。房间和卫生间的其他设置都经过仔细考量，能满足旅客的需要。

傍晚可以轻微听到楼上房东一家的说话，但并不会打扰到休息。地理位置离市中心稍微有点距离，但有非常方便的公共交通十几分钟可以直接抵达。如果自驾那更不是问题。
