Good value and location.

Comfy beds. Good quiet location on bus route. Microwave and fridge.

Very small bathroom. Kettle too big to fill from tap, used cup to fill it.

good jump off point but not ideal for longer term

peaceful back facing room - birds chirping in the morning.

the room was awkward with two twin beds and no chairs or desk yet with a microwave and fridge. To eat you must sit on the bed. To do anything you must sit on the bed because there is no common space in the house to use.

Minimum comfort for high price

- The appartment is situated not far away from the centre of Cambridge - 15 min walking distance - It is important to have windows looking at the garden - on the other side of the house there is quite a noisy road, we were lucky )) - Very easy and smooth check-in process - you receive PIN code for the outer door + code for the key in the keybox - Parkplaces near the house

- The room is very small. It provides minimum comfort, which might be suitable for only for a low price. - The kitchen is inside the room, refrigerator is very noisy, minimum kitchen appliances - Doors are very thin - easy to hear what is happening in the corridor and in the morning you are actually woke up by someone walking there. This was the major problem and extremely disappointing. - No table, no chairs - you just eat sitting on the bed or standing.

Location was very good.

The room was extremely hot during summer. The extractor fan in the toilet blew in a smell that made the toilet unusable. Had to turn off the fan. Thin walls so can hear other patrons late at night.

The room was easy to find and the check in process was straight forward. The check in instructions were clear and communicated in advance. You could check in anytime after 3:00 pm it was flexible. The room and the whole house was extremely clean, comfortable for two people and quiet. The host were very helpful in providing assistance. The house was 25 minutes walking distance from the city center (corpus cristi college). We mainly took the uber or walked as there were some constructions in the neighborohood that affected the bus schedule/stops. Finally the fridge and the TV were a huge plus!

Even though these things were not included in the amenities of the room, it would be helpful to have an extra chair and sort of a table to be able to work/have lunch. Also the only sink is in the bathroom so it would be useful to have a sort of sink in the small kitchen.

Very good and perfect location

Location was perfect for access in to the town centre. The flat was clean and delivered what was stated on the information pack.

The bed was very comfortable but both pillows were very hard. It would be nice to have one hard and one soft to cater for all needs. I would also recommend the front door is adjusted. It sticks at the bottom so has to be slammed to shut. This was disturbing for sleep when other visitors were coming on and out f the property. These are only recommendations as everything else was perfect.

Good for a shorter stay on a budget

Milton House is located aprx 20min from King's parade. It offers everything you need for a shorter stay esp if you're on a budget. The kitchenette was very well equipped, beds were comfortable.

The bathroom is a bit small and we had some trouble with the sink that took two days to get fixed. Overall, room could have been cleaner (a lot of dust on the windowsills, windows, under the beds etc).

Nice place, relatively small

good location. quiet neighbourhood. wasy access to property, great facilities.

No place to wash dirty dishes. Kitchen area was tiny and no items to clean it once I use it (e.g. no paper towels) and there was no sink. Very unpractical.

Adequate for a couple of nights

Small room but very clean and comfortable. It had a shower room again small but adequate and clean. Kitchenette had microwave, kettle, small fridge, a tea towel, washing up liquid and sponge, crockery and cutlery but no sink. There was some tea, coffee and sugar. Room had a hanging rack for cloths (placed in front of window). Overlooking a garden was pleasant.

No sink in kitchenette so washing up had to be done in the bathroom sink which was a bit awkward. To fill the kettle from the bathroom sink you have to use another vessel as you cannot get the kettle under the tap. The shower is quite tight but decent. The shower room door could not open fully as it would hit one of the beds. Banging doors (all doors into rooms and the shared bathroom doors) - soft stoppers or at least notices for users would cut this out quite easily.

Entorno silencioso con vistas a un jardín

La ventana no cerraba bien, por lo que entraba el ruido de los pájaros. La almohada muy incómoda y desgastada, la podrían renovar. No ofrece gel ni champú. No hay cortinas, tan sólo un estor que no quita nada la luz.

לא הייה ארוחת בוקר ( לא ראיתי שמצעים ארוחת בוקר בהזמנה) הנקיון היה הדבר הכי טוב

היה כל כך קטן שהשירותים היו מאוד לא נוחים המקלחת היתה חלשה והמים התחלפו ממאוד חם לקר בלי הזהרה המטבחון פשוט וקטן לא היה לנו שימוש בו היה מאוד קשה למלא מיים בקומקום בגלל הברז בשרותים חוץ מיזה כל האזור כולל הכביש של בית הארוח נמצאים בחפירות ועבודות בכביש והיה מאוד לא נוח היציאה והכניסה
