Location. Not far to walk to the centre and it's a flat walk. Limited parking on property but if you dont get a spot, there's parking on the side streets for free (if you go on a weekend).
The smell as you enter the room. Stinks of damp - foisty and also unclean. Carpet is sticky too so make sure wear footwear. Bed may not everyone's liking because it's soft and bumpy but it was fine to us.

It’s a quiet property with only a couple of rooms, it’s walking distance to the coop and into the city. The rooms are comfy I’ve stayed in most of them! The hosts are quick to help if there is an issue.
That there isn’t a washing machine but there wouldn’t be room for one

Location for me was good.
Although it had parking you did not know if a space would be there each time you came back to the property
