A great stay in a clean, comfortable, and well-located property — highly recommended.

The property was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, with a well-equipped kitchen and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The location was convenient and quiet, and communication with the host was excellent throughout the stay.

Welcoming, self contained studio with garden space to enjoy!

The host was very easy to communicate with and provided us with a clean and well equipped studio. The heating was responsive, lovely shower and some essentials ready to use, such as tea and coffee and shower products.

Nothing was amiss and it was comfortable and suitable for our needs.

Only about a mile walk to the city. Onsite parking. 2 bedrooms and good walk in shower. Bright and light building. Really helpful host.

Fridge had not been cleaned and contained someones used butter. One double bed has 2 single mattresses not a double (its not a zip and link bed) so was not as comfortable as it should have been.

Delightful stay at the Garden Studio. The owner was extremely attentive, including a late check-out on the last day.

A very good property, with some problems which could all be fixed in half a day.

A well appointed, quiet flat. Just the right distance from the city centre. (You don't want to be TOO close.) Good quality bedding.

Blind in one of the bedrooms is broken. Slight mould in the freezer. Smoke alarm went off both times we tried making toast. Carpet and sofa not clean. Shower basin didn't drain properly. Extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. Garden furniture dusty and strewn with cobwebs. Right-hand of two sockets next to the standard lamp didn't work.

This could be great - lovely idea, quirky location in a back garden. Beds very comfortable

As with many others, general cleanliness simply not to a reasonable expectation. Specifics shared directly with owner. Decoration needs some work. Big signs to switch bathroom light on when showering so that extractor fan extracts as no opening rooflight....only problem is it doesn't work. A simple check pre-rental.

Lovely little studio in a quiet neighbourhood

Lovely little studio, quiet neighbourhood. The bed close to the toilets is firm and comfy, the one closer to the sofa is medium/soft

The bathroom could use a more thorough clean. There's mould in the shower that can be removed with bleach. Some corners of the bathroom are a bit grubby. There's no gas hob but the host stated you can get one if requested

A bright retreat after a long day. I found Bianca easy to contact and the actual accommodation was modern and clean.

The pod was stylish and clean.

My bed was creaky and lumpy. No lights outside when entering the property in the dark across the garden. Heating didn’t work on 1st night. This was sorted next day.

The apartment is very comfortable and has a lovely garden to spend time in. It also has absolutely everything necessary for a short or long terms stay. Bianca also went above and beyond to accommodate us and really made our experience exceptional.

The outdoor room where the washing machine is located could have been tidier but it was not a problem at all. So happy there was washing on site!

The beds were too soft for my taste but that is a personal preference and can't really be counted against the apartment.

Not clean

Although the appartment looked nice, it was not clean. There were spiderwebs in almost every corner of the apartment (some with actual spiders in it). My husband got some of it in his hair when entering the bathroom. I had to clean this myself. There is a lot of black mould in the bathroom, especially in the shower (probably due to lack of proper ventilation). That's just quite unhealthy. For these reasons, we unfortunately would not recommend this accomodation.

25 min walk to city centre. Parking onsite.

Situated in someone’s back garden so slightly disconcerting to access. This is a small prefab and in dire need of a good clean.

Decent stay but could have been better

Location was good. Shower was nice and had good water pressure. TV had great streaming options. Kitchen was sufficient for our needs. Access was easy and it didn’t feel like we intruded in someone’s garden.

Property had been cleaned but not thoroughly - corners, edges and less used surfaces were dirty. Not enough towels were provided (we were given one bath towel each with no hand towels or bath mat). Access gate needed maintenance and cross bar at the top was hazardous to taller people. Living space was pleasant and well lit but net curtain did not give enough privacy particularly going between bedroom and bathroom.

It was a spacious studio. Bigger than it appeared from the photos. The rooms had all we needed - thank you for the tea and coffee on arrival. We enjoyed staying here, it was very warm in February and we had a lovely few days in Cambridge.

The rooms were comfy and they had made very smart use of their space.

Just needed a little dusting. Some cobwebs in the high areas. And condensation tended to occur after showers dripping water from ceiling to floor. The code lock for side entry also coming off.

Pleasant stay in Cambridge

this studio is perfectly decorated, very clean, functional and has all that you need to stay for days. I could easily live there! it is clear the care managers put on preparing it for us, leaving us toiletries, coffee, tea, sugar, super comfy linen and towels. There are markets, pubs and parks super close and city center is 20 min walk (slow pace)
