Fantastic space and great host!

Sharon very kindly left a couple boxes of cereal, some milk, teas coffees, biscuits, clean towels. Was so cosy and a perfect place to crash after some long working days. The place a little clean while I was out. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in town! Great job!

I’ll caveat the following by saying I’m a big guy, so this won’t be applicable to most. But at 6”2, the bed was a touch too short, with my feet hitting the foot board. Very minor issue though

Great private spot close to town

The price of a hostel with the comfort of an actual hotel ~ • Great spot close to town and a few mins walk from the local bus station • Nice kitchenette and eu suit bathroom • Warm, even on a very windy night • Delightful little amenities, like breakfast cereal and tea & coffee Perfect for a couple who just want their own private space, would stay again.

Small but has everything you need

Our host Sharon was responsive and instructions for accessing the property were clear. Clean with everything you need for a short stay.

A bit small (basically a converted garage) but not a major issue if you only plan to stay for 1-2 nights.

Compact twin bedroom + ensuite = good value for money - better if on-site parking provided.

Single garage has been converted into a warm and private room with twin beds, fully functional kitchen, tea and coffee makings provided, inc. milk, compact ensuite, all clean and coordinated. Check-in as advised worked well. Quiet cul-de-sac setting.

Lack of on-site parking space (owner's car and other belongings blocked the driveway) was disappointing, as had been a key amenity in choosing this room. Had to park on the street, around the corner, out of sight. Creaky beds - missing slats and past repairs were evident - but we were nonetheless comfortable.

Very quiet property didn’t see anyone every thing we needed was there great for the one night

Cute and compact beds were a bit low for us but otherwise comfortable very clean.

For us was a little far out so better suited to people with a car we found a bus stop to get into town and used Taxi to come back.

Great overnight stay in well located accommodation

The host Sharon was super welcoming and accommodating. The annex, whilst small, is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a nights stay. Excellent value given it's proximity to the centre of Cambridge.

Everything was there that we needed and all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area had plates, mugs,, cutlery, etc. and a fridge for us to have our breakfast as we wanted it and our hosts were very helpful. We were on foot and the location was perfect for us, quiet but not too far to walk to the city centre and close to buses if we needed them.

Overall everything was great. There were a couple of small things, though. The room gas heater was very effective but we had some trouble learning how to ignite it and get it running. There were two tables and a second chair to sit on would have been nice.

Almost like small flat. Privacy

Cold over night...hot by 12, but during the night, host decide is enough , and no more heating... they not using heating you would not aswell :) (Assume is that logic, they are nice people). But was not too bad. I am sure when is really cold nights they have now all nights heating. My night was not very cold night but i did expect hotter room. Other then is great

The annex was really well done, layout was very good, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very happy to recommend would happily stay again.

Good for a single occupancy, over night stop

Handy location for Science Park.. Easy two mile walk. Kitchenette was nice, provision of fresh milk for hot drinks was very nice touch. Beds were simple but comfortable. TV was a smart TV. Hosts very friendly and helpful / good communication.

Shower was a bit weak, very tight for space. Being on the side of the main house garden it's easy to hear outside activity

A great place to stay. The location was quiet but convenient for Cambridge centre we walked and took taxis. The annex was clean, beautifully presented and Sharon & Ian were perfect hosts. Fabulous experience.
