The quality of the fittings and furniture was outstanding with every attention to detail made. The whole house was tastefully decorated the rooms were large and luxurious and the three ensuite bathrooms exceptional.

Beautiful newly renovated townhouse with the latest tech which was sadly so complex with no obstructions that our stay was ruined
The staff were exceptionally rude when we went to reception to tell them that we couldn’t turn the heating off(outside temperature 30 degrees C) and we couldn’t open the washing machine door. Also while the bathrooms were beautiful, there was only enough water pressure for one person to shower at a time, a bit tricky when 6 of you were staying!!

The house is very spacious and has fantastic bathrooms. There is nice private outside space. The staff members were friendly and welcoming.
An introduction to the property would have been nice as it's quite high tech and we struggled with that at times. There were issues with the air conditioning settings but staff tried to help as best as they could.

Location was perfect for purpose of trip
We had to wait for keys, beyond check in time. There were cleanliness issues and no items to enable use of the dirty oven, IE oven gloves, baking trays. The property has potential, but was unloved, almost an after thought to the hotel. Several parking tickets have arrived since we came home, after parking outside the house, we had provided our car registration no.
