Spacious house with excellent facilities
A very spacious and well appointed house not far from the centre of Cambridge. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 - 10 minute walk, and a small supermarket nearby, so you don't have to trek into the centre. Free parking outside is such an advantage in Cambridge. Beds were comfy, excellent quality towels and toiletries. The master bedroom which occupies all of the top floor is huge, with a large sofa in the TV area. We loved the padded window seat in one of the bedrooms. We went in February, so did not have the weather to enjoy the balcony and courtyard garden on the ground floor which must be lovely in good weather. Reception staff were helpful. Good value for money for 3, would represent excellent value if 6 stay.
Not keen on the bins outside the front door. The electronically operated temperature and lighting was too complicated and less efficient and reliable than a manual thermostat and dimmer switch. The instructions were baffling and the control pads not well explained or intuitive. Issues with locking the front door were resolved on the first evening. The maintenance man was very helpful and professional.

Comfortable and modern house for a 3 night stay with free parking.
Very modern and comfortable property with good access and parking for Ev included. The facilities were generally very good. Loved the three bathrooms
The kitchen could be a little better equipped was missing bin bags, corkscrew and a chopping board. The biggest issue we had was parking outside as the slots are not numbered and someone else parked in our spot overnight to use the charger which meant we had to find another spot. This inconvenience should be avoided by marking spots and checking and advising other guests where they park.

Good stay
Location was good for us. The property was spacious The hotel reception staff were very accommodating
The property could do with some minor maintenance (shower door didn’t properly fit, skirting board in kitchen falls down) TV in living room has very few working channels

Ideal for a long weekend in Cambridge with friends.
Spacious bedrooms with a bath/shower room each (en-suite) + downstairs loo made it ideal for six adults. Simple, modern decor. Quiet / soundproofed and a nice terrace if the weather is decent! A generous stock of tea/coffee was provided on arrival.
It’s not a dislike but more some inconveniences across the weekend. The kitchen was stocked but minimally (overall) as we found it to be not as good for a good self-catering experience for a long weekend, in contrast to other properties that we have been to. Eg - sharp knives were blunt, and there was no dishcloth or tea towel, or dishwasher tablet (I expect one or two!) or spare bin bags. There was a decent coat cupboard in the hallway but only 1 hanger! The furniture was also fine on the whole - a decent size dining table and large beds, but one of the sofas was past its best with part of it sinking down due broken springs or such like. Had we wanted to sit outside, there were insufficient chairs for the number of people (6). None of the above proved to be more than general inconveniences but we were disappointed to have had to go and buy the essentials as mentioned above. The Hilton reception was contactable to report issues but the turnaround time was fairly slow to get supplies. We used the hotel car park (which was £££ but we knew their costs in advance) and registered etc in compliance with the process yet found a note on the windscreen to claim it hadn’t been. Just an unnecessary faff to get in and out after having to *go* to reception to sort.

The stay was great, we all loved the house
The house and bedroom space was great, the bathrooms amazing
The confirmation said there were dishwasher tablets supplied, they weren’t but did collect some from reception. The fridge and freezer wasn’t turned on. The garden area could of been swept up and tidied up and weeded.

Very enjoyable, it requires a good clean, spot lights have gaps in ceiling
WE did not have hotel breakfast

The stay would have been perfect had more attention to detail been paid to the upkeep of the house.
Lots of space, very comfortable beds, high end decor, easy check in, good size rooms, good connections into the city with buses and taxis.
Not enough crockery for 6 people, needed cleaning more thoroughly (lots of dust on surfaces, a dirty plate and pan in the cupboards), one kitchen cupboard door was off its hinges, patio and furniture were covered in green, the upstairs balcony door was broken.

A great location and a lovely apartment. Would definitely recommend.
The apartment was very spacious and a bonus that each bedroom came with an en-suite bathroom. The outside space was great too for relaxing on a sunny afternoon. Great location too and ability to use hotel facilities if desired.
The kitchen lacked any hand soap, washing up liquid or dish wash tablets which I would have expected should have come as standard. Also, we found the electric lighting difficult to use and we’re not given any instructions or showed how to use this by the hotel staff.
