Very nice, clean and quiet.
No living room area...the sofa is in same room as the dining room which is quite small, so little room for common space (watching a movie with more than 2 people would not be comfortable, and even with two, it's looking at a tv over a dining room table). There are few pots/pans and cooking utensils for cooking big dinners (it is fine for basics/simple meals though)

We had a wonderful stay at this property — the location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. During the first week it was fine, but the second week was unusually hot, and we really missed having AC. This made it a little uncomfortable at times, though everything else was great.

Beautiful house, way bigger than expected, great amenities! Especially considering how close it is to everything, this is an absolute bargain! We would 100% come back!

Location was great. An easy walk to the centre of Cambridge. House was lovely and suited our needs perfectly
