Very good

Perfect location - 1 minute to the biggest grocery store in the village and 4 minutes to the beach by car. Modern kitchen with huge fridge and a washing machine.

Only 2 air conditioners. If the vacation is in mid July, people in the additional rooms won't be able to sleep well because of the heat.

Good value but with some recommendations for future

We had overall a wonderful stay. Tasos is a very friendly and responsive host and the communication with him is very easy. The house is big enough for 2 families with 3 kids (3 double rooms and 1 single). The kitchen is very well equiped and the BBQ is great. The location is good - a walking distance to the beach of Nea Iraklitsa and a big supermarket down the street.

What we didn't like is that the garden is not well maintained - the grass was big and there were a lot of insects of all kind. And also in front of the house there is a big space with tall grass. There is no mosquito net on the front door and when the door to the veranda was opened the house got filled with insects.

A very nice house with wonderful sea view

A very nice house with 4 bedrooms, large yard with green grass and wonderful view to the see. you can enjoy a stunning sunrise over the sea right from your bedroom. Good location - very quiet neighborhood and just 3 minutes from the beach and all bars restaurants. Tasos is a very polite and friendly host.
