Δεν υπήρχε πάντα θέση parking με αποτέλεσμα να παρκερνουμε σε πολυσύχναστο δρόμο. Είχε πολύ χαμηλή έως καθόλου πίεση νερού. Τα σκαλοπάτια είναι αρκετά. Το μπάνιο είχε άσχημη μυρωδιά από το σιφονι. Το ένα από τα δυο υπνοδωμάτια δεν έχει κλιματιστικό.
