Nice view in the proximity with a number of Beach Bars, Tavernas, Cafés and a nice Mini Market (Miltos) at walking distance. The coral basketball little court was a pleasant surprise for our eleven year son, that spent some good evenings playing basketball with local boys. The Appartement was very well preserved and adequate clean and the owners Ms. Mimoza and Mr. Timothy were indeed excellent Hosts, ready to help out to anything we asked for. Place recommended for Family vacation.

The area's infrastructure isn't that good with narrow streets, limited pedestrian sidewalks, non parking spaces available and rather bad road condition. However, this is a general community problem that needs to be improved by the city authorities.

Wonderful

Extraordinary location, tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. Impeccable and sufficiency sheets and towels. At the end of the stay, Mrs. Mimoza gave us another night of accommodation as a gift, which showed generosity and brought us a lot of joy. Very good communication from super friendly responsive, kind and helpful host. We will certainly come back.

I would recommend installing an air conditioner also in the bedroom with 2 beds as well.

Everything was perfect , we had an amazing holiday. The house was very clean and tidy. Very close to the beach, beautiful beach view from the big balcony.

We went to celebrate birthdays and there were complains for the music which was not that loud. Not suitable for big parties.

Not fit for a holiday house, price not worth it

Nice see view, place to park, relatively spacious, airconditioning working in every room, Wifi was ok, the kitchen seemed full of accessories, many tables, chairs

Owners live in the same house and don't speak English - first floor and often stay in the garden below the balcony. Other people live on the back of the house, too The house had a strong smell of cigarettes - we couldn't get rid of the smell, no matter what, very unpleasant. The house is a bit noisy - the walls are thin and outside it may not be always quiet, too. A lot of the lightbulbs were missing, and in the bathroom there was only one tiny bulb - bathroom had other problems too. This place would not be ok for more than 2 people - it's just not fit for groups of 4-6 or families with kids. The mattresses are not new and there is mold in the bathroom, because of the strange architecture of the building - no way for the bathroom to be ventilated.

The beaches from Palio are wonderful!

Everything was perfect. The sea view is amazing. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, and the house is very clean and beautiful. Wifi works very well. Thank you very much for everything! We'll came again at Palio Kavala sea view.

Everything. Location. This is Plus, that the house is on small quiet Street, because the main Road is with Big noice traffic. Especially sea vew from Big terrace. Hearty owner.

Изкарахме си страхотно! Домакините бяха невероятно дружелюбни и разбрани. Мястото е перфектно, а наоколо е пълно със страхотни таверни и интересни занимания. Къщата блестеше от чистота, а гледката от терасата спира дъха. Нямаме търпение да се върнем отново!

Имахме проблем с климатика в едната стая, но домакините бяха много любезни и реагираха веднага, като го замениха с нов, за което искрено благодарим! Единственото неудобство беше общата баня и тоалетна, но като цяло всичко останало беше супер.
