Lovely stay with a few comfort challenges

We had a pleasant stay overall. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even surprised us with a complimentary breakfast on our first morning, which was a lovely touch. The location is great, just a short walk from the city center, which made it very convenient.

That said, there were a couple of downsides. Our apartment was on the ground floor, and we had to keep the blinds closed most of the time for privacy, which made the space quite dark. Also, the walls were very thin, while this isn’t the host’s fault, it did affect our comfort. Other guests staying at the same time were socializing late into the night, moving tables and chatting until midnight or later. They were just enjoying themselves, but the noise carried easily into our room. Overall, a good experience thanks to the host and location, but future guests might want to be aware of the noise and lighting issues depending on the unit.

- Sea: Just a 5-minute walk to the seaside, 10 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to the beach bar. - Food: Lots of great restaurants within walking distance along the seaside. - Apartment: Clean and well-organized, with a very spacious and cozy terrace. - Staff: Very friendly — we even received a free homemade breakfast on our first day.

The villas are great - clean and tidy! Top location in Nea Paramos - 15min walking distance away from the busy and noisy street with all the restaurants at really calm and quiet neighborhood. There is a big parking and cantina right across the street where the hosts offer coffee, breakfast etc. The hosts are really nice and friendly, they helped us with all of our questions, recommended us some great taverns and made our stay a real pleasure. The property is also pet friendly - a big advantage for all dog lovers!

The staff is very polite and friendly, always ready to help. The rooms were clean, there is a parking lot. The place offers breakfast.

The rooms are a little bit strange - our bedroom had no day light, as the window was right next to the one of the neighbours. The toilet was next to the shower and everything gets wet so we had to buy additional toilet paper. We had the feeling that the place was a little bit overpriced.

There is enough space where you can park your car.

For four days nobody cleaned the house and the towels weren’t changed. Although we were told that in every two days they come and clean, even they asked us if we want to be cleaned, nobody came. We had to use the same wet towels for four days. We will not stay again there for sure.

Mad's villas offer cosy, comfortable appartaments in a very quiet area, but not too far from the main street. Hosts were extremely nice and made you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and visit again. Bonus for people travelling with dogs, great place with a lot of running space in front of the villas.

Good location and very clean apartment

Not enough equipment in the kitchen. For example, there were spoons, but not forks and knife and we were forced to buy to prepare our breakfast. The door of the bad room can not be closed, because of the bad. Very dark badroom which has a window next to a wall and under stairs. The apartments are very close ane to the other and it is very noisy from the guests next to our studio. We were forced to close the door and window to watch TV and have a normal conversation.

This is just perfect villa!

This villa is just perfect! Everything is very tidy, very clean and new! The villa is located in a very convenient location and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Great! The staff is very kind and ready to help with anything. I highly recommend to everyone who is hesitant to visit this place! I will be back again !!! Good luck!!!
