Πολύ καλή και βολική τοποθεσία, τόσο για τη θάλασσα όσο και για το κέντρο της Περάμου, με εύκολη ανεύρεση χώρου πάρκινγκ έξω από το κατάλυμα (και μάλιστα για δυο αυτοκίνητα), καθώς και πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα και φούρνους. Επιπλέον, αν και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Περαμου, υπήρχε πολλή ησυχία όλες τις ώρες. Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα (ήμασταν πέντε ενήλικες και ένα παιδάκι). Ο διαχειριστής άψογος στη συνεργασία και την επικοινωνία.
Το μπάνιο, αν και καθαρό, ήταν παλιό. Θα έχρηζε ανακαίνισης. Επιπλέον, το στρώμα στο κάτω κρεβάτι της κουκέτας δεν ήταν άνετο. Τέλος, δεν υπήρχαν καθόλου ντουλάπες (!!), μόνο κρεμαστάρια πίσω από τις πόρτες των υπνοδωματίων.
