Holiday at Nea Paramos

The location, quiet street while close to the center. Huge balcony, a yard with barbecue with everything needed!! On the balcony it was nice to have breakfast and dinner outside. Inside enough space (we were 2 adults with 4 kids). Nice and clean! Kitchen fully equipped. We cooked and had all needed. Also washing machine with washing liqiuid, everywhere soap. As if we were at home! Ioanna, the owner, was very quick in her response and we were very pleased!

The airco in one of the bedrooms was not working properly. But we didn't use it in the night so it was not a big problem. One issue is the fact that on Sunday morning the church bell (there is a church opposite the house) woke us up at 7 am on Sunday. Very loud! But if you're an early bird you won't mind ;)

We enjoyed our stay there with my family. A very nice house, spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The hostess was very friendly and helpful - excellent communication. It has a nice patio and barbeque area that you can enjoy the fresh air. Good value for money. The location is good - close to the restaurants and the sea. No issues with the parking spaces. I recommend it as a lovely place for a big family : )

All you need for a nice & calm vacation

The house is great. It has everything you need, whether you prefer to dine out or use the kitchen and the barbeque in the back garden. It was very clean, the rooms were nice and comfy. As a bonus, there's Netflix. Ioanna is a great host and coordinating with her was very easy. The house is near all the great places and restaurants. There's a big store and a pharmacy within 300m.

It's right next to the church and on some days (Christian holidays) the bells will rind around 7.30-8 am. Then again, Nea Peramos is a small place, so I guess you can hear them everywhere. Nonetheless NP is a great place for vacation.

Property was better than expected and host was friendly and hospitable .

Everything about the property exceeded my expectations. The property was central and close to all amenities and local beaches. The host Ioanna was helpful friendly and accommodating. She even went out of her way to provide us with transportation to amolofi beach. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the accomodation. Thank you Ioanna for you hospitality and wonderful accomodation.

Everything in the apartment was perfect. It had a big terrace with a private barbecue. It was clean, and the owner of the apartment was very kind. The location is very near to the city center.

Great Greece expierence

Guesthouse Ioanna is a great example of a well-maintained property. This is not just a holiday destination, but a real home. Every small detail is there, and everything is as described. The Landlords are very friendly, helpful, and nice people. The supermarket is just behind the corner, plenty of restaurants in the area, many beaches with great beach bars. Kavala city is 10-15 minutes away. Highly recommended!

Late september stay

Great cosy place! Ioanna is really hospitable and kind. The property is really big and is suitable for 6 persons without discomfort to any of the guests. We were 4 and "could get lost" in the apartment :) We recommend this place!

During our stay (late in September) there was reconstrunction of the nearby chirch and there was some noise. Misfortunate from our side.
