Holiday House Ioanna

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a beautiful, peaceful part of Nea Peramos, directly opposite the stunning Agios Nikolaos Church. It is only about a 5-minute walk from the main street, while also offering very quick access out of town towards Ammolofoi Beach. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance, as well as cafés and shops along Agiou Nikolaou Street, which appears to have been recently renovated. The apartment itself is extremely convenient and very well equipped. It is on the ground floor with no stairs, and the balconies overlook the quiet internal garden, so there is no direct access from the street. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, which has its own table and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dining table and chairs, and there is a Nespresso coffee machine (Nespresso-compatible capsules are easily available at the nearby Masoutis supermarket). There are two TVs, one in the large bedroom and one in the living room. The living room can comfortably be used as a third bedroom, as the sofa is perfectly suitable for sleeping even without being extended. There is also a divider between the living room and kitchen, making the space feel more like a separate room. The washing machine in the bathroom, iron and ironing board were also very useful. Another great advantage was parking. We never had any difficulty finding a free parking space on the street close to the apartment, even during our stay in August. Overall, the combination of location, facilities, comfort and layout made the apartment an excellent choice for our family.

There was very little we didn’t like. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location, quiet street while close to the center. Huge balcony, a yard with barbecue with everything needed!! On the balcony it was nice to have breakfast and dinner outside. Inside enough space (we were 2 adults with 4 kids). Nice and clean! Kitchen fully equipped. We cooked and had all needed. Also washing machine with washing liqiuid, everywhere soap. As if we were at home! Ioanna, the owner, was very quick in her response and we were very pleased!

The airco in one of the bedrooms was not working properly. But we didn't use it in the night so it was not a big problem. One issue is the fact that on Sunday morning the church bell (there is a church opposite the house) woke us up at 7 am on Sunday. Very loud! But if you're an early bird you won't mind ;)

We liked pretty much everything about the holiday home but the most important was that everything was thought about and we were feeling hhome away from home :-).
