The flat is good size. Nice balcony.

- the host has restricted the hot water availability with the excuse that the electricity is expensive in Greece. This is not profesional and not acceptable for us because we are family with small kids. Also when people are on vaccation they need relax but not thinking of how to save money for the owner of the apartment -no or limited mobile coverage -very slow wi-fi internet -noisy living room ( too close to the main Road) -extremly slow reaction of the host when asked for hair dryer - no shops, no restorants or pedestrian areas nearby -garbage bin was not emptied even once for 5 nights stay -once the towels were changed but not the linen -old electrical appliances

The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked the large balcony. Generally we enjoyed our stay here. The towels and bedsheets were changed (the towels twice, the bedsheets once). I liked the beach nearby, it is very quiet.

I would have liked to have our garbage taken out - we stayed for 10 days and it was never thrown away, so we had to do it ourselves.

Perfect family holiday

Location is absolutely great! Close to a beach (Paparouna) which is lovely! Very cosy apartments, the family that is running the business is absolutely fantastic! All is perfect for a family holiday. We already planned our next year holiday there! Many thanks Dimitri, Nicole and the rest of the family! 🤗

- the staff was very friendly and they offered their help in case we needed something - the apartament is very close to the sea/beach, at about 5 minutes walk - the terrace/balcony is very spacious, you can take your breakfast every morning of your stay - all the rooms were very clean

50m walking distance to the beach. Peace and quiet. Cleaning and new towels and linen every second day. Host was nice, helpful and friendly. Everything was like in description. I recommend this apartamen to future guests. We spent great time there.

The winows could not be totally closed. Some appliances are very old.

Very comfortable apartment with parking place. Close many fabulous beaches. Not far away is Kavala, city full of wonderful monuments.

Little better labeling of the object will help find it.

Чудесно място - близо до Кавала, до приятен плаж и един от най-добрите ресторанти, в които сме били в Гърция! Апартаментът е доста просорен, има достатъчно място за семейство с 1 или 2 деца. И огромна тераса - обкръжаваща целия апартамент! Гледката е красива - към морето. Много чисто и подредено е! Домакините бяха любезни и готови с отговори на въпросите ни. Ако желаете да изследвате района, е добре да имате кола. Въпреки че точно пред къщата има спирка и на автобус. Оценката ми е 9+ и определено бихме се върнали отново!

Малко е шумно, тъй като основната тераса гледа към главен път - особено ако хората на разтегателния диван спят на отоврена врата. В банята липсата на поставка за слушалката на душа беше известно неудобство за нас.
