Good villa

The owner was very polite, and cooperative the whole time.

The location is on top of a hill, which is not definitely a problem, but if one has to follow the nav, it will most likely lead to a dead end, like in our case. The location coordinates are correct, but be careful when you follow the nav.

Place like horror movie

Nothing we didn't stay we left ,that was horrible place. Very old and dirty.the owner was very arrogant.

The dirt and dust was everywhere. When opened the sofa bed full of breadcrumbs and any other staff. The blankets were old and dusty. The top of the top was the bedroom with baby cot and toys very shabby look like taken from horror movie. The attitude of the owner was unacceptable.

A most enjoyable stay in a beautiful situation

The host first and foremost! She was extremely kind and helpful and responded quickly even when I had a problem that was nothing to do with her. The studio we stayed in had everything required to make our stay pleasurable and we loved the extra touches including hand soap in the shower room, washing up liquid, a bottle of water in the fridge and a sewing kit to mention but a few. What we loved most of all apart from the stunning views (the building is situated on the hill overlooking the bay) was the privacy we had in the outside area of our studio where we sat for hours enjoying the sun and the quiet. The studio itself was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The twin beds (which were alongside each other with a joining piece between them) were extremely comfortable and the linen spotless and there was a double wardrobe and storage in the bedside cabinets too. The bathroom looked as if it had been updated fairly recently with a beautiful, large walk in shower and vanity unit with plenty of towels. The kitchen area had a refrigerator, two ring cooker and a microwave as well as a good sized dining table and 3 chairs. There was mosquito net on the window, air conditioning and a tv and DVD player. Everything worked. Parking was available just to one side of the gate to the studios and we never had a problem securing a place. We would have no hesitation in recommending this host and accommodation and would be happy to stay there again.

It’s not that I didn’t like something but my personal choice would be for less steps as I’m not a fan of them. Access to the apartments and studios cannot be made without going down some steps as far as I can see.

Nice stay at Villa Kirki

The location offers a nice panoramic view of the town and sea, and is in a quiet neighbourhood. You have to climb a lot of stairs when you came from dinner, but is good exercise after you eat the delicious greek food :)). A very nice beach not far away (Psatha beach) - 5 minutes driving and 5 minutes walk from parking. The room was clean, comfortable, with air conditioning and had an outdoor area also. Good wi-fi, good communication with the host. We had a very nice vacation.

Excellent apartment in great location close to Iraklitsa harbour/marina with a large choice of restaurants just a short walk away. Apartment was spacious, well-equipped and exteremly clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, recommending local restaurants and places of interest to visit. Would highly recommend.

Отседнахме в апартамента за 5 нощувки. Хресаха ми просторните стаи в апартамента и спокойствието около него. Има страхотна тераса. Разполага с всичко необходимо за почивка. Дора е много мила и ни насочи към приятни ресторанти за хапване.

Не ми хареса твърдият матрак на леглото. Апартаментът е разположен на хълма, най-отгоре и пътят пеша към него е доста стръмен. Върви се по наклон и след това по стълби (125броя). До третия ден не ни тежеше, но след това започна да ни омръзва катеренето след плаж и след вечеря.

Calisanlar son derece guleryuzlu, sorun cozmeye odakli ve yardimseverdi. Otoparkinin bulunmasi iyiydi. Banyoda perde yerine kabin olmasi cok iyi.

Oda gayet temiz ve derli toplu fakat esyalar biraz eski. Her ne kadar 1km mesafede olsa da plaj ve restoranlarin oldugu merkeze aracinizla gitmek zorundasiniz

Ne-a placut mult in Neo Iraklitsa!

Ne-a placut foarte mult linistea, locatia este foarte buna daca veniti cu masina, altfel este mult de mers pe jos de la plaja. Gazdele sunt minunate si foarte saritoare, chiar ne-am simtit foarte bine!

Concediu placut

Pentru o cazare rezervată cu doar 13 zile inainte a fost perfect. Vila Kirki este situata în partea de sud a stațiunii Nea Iraklitsa, pe deal la ieșirea spre Nea Peramos. Deși pentru unii poate fi dificila urcarea, eu recomand mișcarea după o cina copioasa la tavernele din port. Pentru persoanele în vârstă recomand folosirea autoturismului. Am primit o camera la parter foarte frumoasa, curata cu terasa și o bucătărie mica utilata cu tot ce poți avea nevoie. Dora este gazda perfecta, gata oricând sa te îndrume sau sa te ajute în orice problemă ar putea sa apară. Pentru alimente sau alte cumpărături (pofte) exista în apropiere doua supermarket (Lidl și Masoutis). Distanta pana la cea mai apropiata plaja este de 400m - 500 m și se parcurge în 10 minute. Data viitoare vom reveni aici, vederea de pe acest deal asupra stațiunii este minunata în orice moment al zilei.
