A beautiful, comfortable and quiet house with lots of nature and a nice view and many beaches nearby

A beautiful and quiet house with lots of nature and a nice view This is our second time staying in the house in September (5 people in total). It is wonderful. The house itself has all the amenities. There are spacious and comfortable bedrooms and a large common room with comfortable furniture and sofas. There is only one toilet/bathroom – but it is comfortable and pleasant (there is also an outdoor shower to the house). The house itself is very quiet – on the one hand it is easy to reach and there is a convenient local asphalt road, on the other hand there is no traffic around it and sometimes distantly and very faintly (when you are outside) you can only hear the trucks on the highway – but really very far away and very faintly. There is a very nice and spacious balcony to the common room with a wonderful view of the bay and the coast of Nea Iraklitsa. The yard is also nice – on the one hand there are no trees to block the view, on the other hand there are very nice trees in the side parts. We choose September because this year (2025) for example, at the end of September (between the 18th and the 23rd) the water was around 25 degrees, and the air 28-29 degrees during the day and 18-19 in the morning – very pleasant temperatures without being too hot. The sun itself is no longer so strong and is much softer than the sun at the beginning of summer. From the house, in 5-10 minutes on foot, you can easily reach a large and not overcrowded sandy beach. But we like changing beaches, wild and natural ones and swimming with masks – and in the area there are quite a few nice semi-wild beaches with nice sand, but also with rocks for swimming with a mask. Thank you to the owners – who were very kind and punctual and did not bother us during our stay. I hope we were pleasant guests too. Without being obligatory, we have two recommendations for the owners. One is to have a few more kitchen utensils for people who want to cook their own food. And secondly, it would be convenient to have another spare toilet – even a basic one, for example somewhere outside the house next to the outdoor shower (which is also a great convenience when there are more people in the house).

Wonderful vacation in an amazing place

The house is extreamly cozy, 100 meters from the beach. The beach was not over crowded as other places nearby. The home owner have thought about any neccecities that one might need related to the house equipment. Also very friendly and kind host. It was really convinient that there was an outdoor showere which was amazing.

Exceptional

The place is located on a very quiet street and close to the beach, just 5 minutes walk to it. There is a big parking place for 2 cars in the yard. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable with 3 separete bedrooms. The outside shower is very useful after the beach. The host Vivian is very kind and communication with her is very easy.

I can't find any negative impressions.

Nice Family Vacation :)

The host was great and we really had a great communication from the moment we booked the house. The house itself is spacious, it has a great garden, barbecue and outside gazebo. The WiFi had perfect coverage around the entire house, which also allows you to work if needed. There are three separate bedrooms, each with its own terrace, so different couples/friends can have their own space without any issues. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. A nice surprise were the six bottles of cold water in the fridge upon arrival. The house was also really clean.

There was an issue with the hot water. The house is built with a sunroof, which is great, but if the weather is on the cold side, then so is the water. There is an electrical heater, but the cold water from the sunroof was also making it lukewarm. Most of the time this wasn’t a big deal, but it could be an issue if 6 people have booked the house. Another thing is that there isn’t any air conditioners in the bedrooms, but only in the living room. The rooms were getting hot in September, so I assume it will be even hotter in July/August. Lastly, the beds were really hard. If you’re the type of person that enjoys softer beds, this will be an issue.

Единственото, което не ми хареса е, че телевизорът можеше да има и канали на друг език освен гръцки. Бяхме с две деца, които на моменти определено искаха да гледат телевизия.
