A very pleasant house

The house is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The hosts are also super friendly and welcoming. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The garden is very nice with a direct view to the sea and shadow all afternoon long. And of course the supermarket is literally one step away.

For a family with 2 small kids, we thought the house was a bit off the city centre and bigger beaches. We would go by car and then walk a bit, but if you bring your own umbrella and enjoy a wild calm beach, it's 5mins away. The clothes drying hanger could be replaced as it was rusty and broken. The stairs could also use a railing.

Good location, comfortable beds

House is equipped with all the appliances you might need during your stay. If you decide to cook you have all the equipment. It is located 10 meters away from Lidl and few minutes on foot from the beach. Host is very hospitable and they help you with anything you need to make our holiday more pleasant. Beds are comfortable and wi-fi signal is strong.

Top location for families with kids. The house is spacious and the garden is really pleasant. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and responded quickly every time we had a question. Parking options are plentiful and free. There are several amazing beaches less than 15 min drive away. The property is definately on our shortlist for Greece going forward.

The house seems somewhat "cluttered" with stuff. On one hand, finding anything you may have forgotten is helpful, but it can also be overwhelming to find 30-40 plates of different types stuck around the cupboards. It feels like putting some of the excess stuff away may help keep the place tidier and easier to clean between guests. There's some extra furniture as well, that takes away some of the space for no apparent reason.

Superb

Very clean and quiet place just in 300 m from the beach, well equipped with all amenities needed. Nice little green yard. Excellent for a family vacation. There is enough space for a baby cot in the bigger bedroom. Very hospitable and kind host! The correspondence was smooth and pleasant!

Maybe it will be good to have a dishwasher and an AC also in the bedrooms.

Everything, the house is very nice, the yard, Lidl is in front of the house, the beach is 3 min. walking, Kavala is 15 min. drive, the owners were very nice, their grandma gave us traditional greek cookies.

Awesome place !

The host is very friendly. We had a warm welcome, he also recommended us a few beaches and restaurants to visit. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

The house is near the main road. It gets noisy when locals pass with motorcycles and we are having dinner on the balcony. Otherwise, everything is perfect. The bedrooms are very quiet, so one can sleep without any problems.
