SunShine apartment

Great location very close to the beach and a mini supermarket with option to park underneath the building. Very friendly family run property owners. The apartment was on the first floor above the parking spots with a lift. Place looked recently refurbished and very new with full kitchen and appliances to it. Very laud as it’s on the main road and it’s busy and dusty all day and night.

The property is very well located in Palio - very close walking distance to a small beach, close to a nice sea food restaurant and supermarket and pharmacy. The place itself is clean, pleasant with new furniture and good quality appliances. It has many kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cups - all kind of kitchen equipment - which makes you feel more at home than other places with scarce items. It's very pleasant to go out on the big terrace to enjoy a snack, have breakfast or just relax. Although it's looking at a main road to Kavala and you can hear the traffic from the terrace, it's not to a point that it's uncomfortable (when you are inside with closed windows the noise is almost completely cancelled which is good). There are also AC in both rooms, parking spot and basically everything you need for a pleasant stay.

I can't really point out anything negative just some small things that are not of big importance. Like for example the trash-bin in the kitchen didn't have a proper bag inside so it was a bit harder to figure out what to use to collect the trash. The living-room area when the couch is expanded (for the kid to sleep) becomes small and it's harder to go out on the terrace but there is a door from the bedroom too which can also be used. In that regard the second couch might be unnecessary considering the space is not that big. The kitchen table is also a bit small but the terrace one is quite nice to be used.

Die Lage ist nicht akzeptabel. Meiner Meinung nach müsste man darauf hingewiesen werden, dass man an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße nach Kavala wohnt. Eine Unterhaltung auf diesem schönen Balkon ist, ohne sich anzuschreien, nicht möglich. Auch die schönste Wohnung und die tollsten Gasgeber machen das nicht wieder gut. Ich kam mir vor wie auf einer Autobahn.
