Excellent stay in a beautiful beachfront location.

I was messaged by the host the day before to check everything was OK. He provided the lockbox code and a few other bits of important information. The host was very quick and helpful in their responses which was great. The property was easy to find (Bus from Kavala stops 2 minutes walk away and it's right on the main road). The property itself was immaculately clean and well looked after. Whole apartment (kitchen, bathroom, two double bedrooms, and a living room) to ourselves which was great. It was just the two of us, but the property would be perfect for 2 couples or a family as well. Lovely balconies with beach views to have breakfast on, or just sit and watch the sunset. Access to the beach is ~5 minutes walk, just across the road and down a small set of steps straight onto the sand. The beach is beautiful, clean sand, and clear water with loads of fish to see, There is a lovely restaurant in the same block and other tavernas within 10 minutes walk. Two grocery shops (one in either direction again about 10 - 15 minutes walk. Altogether an excellent break in a lovely apartment by a beautiful beach. Highly recommended.

The house's location was excellent. The interior was comfortable. Being able to swim right in front of it was a delight. There are plenty of places to grab a coffee and eat nearby. It's a great choice for a vacation away from the city. I highly recommend it.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the kitchen. It would have been more convenient if the check-out time had been a little longer.

Great location - near to the beach, with a beautiful view to the sea, easy parking. Nikos responds in a short time and is very hospitable. The check-in and check-out are easy. The apartment has everything you needed for your stay.

The single beds are a little bit broken and uncomfortable.

We were happy to be back!

We are visiting Nicola's house for the third time and we are very happy that the quality has not changed over the years. The host is friendly, polite, and very helpful. The place is at a great location with very easy access and a wide parking lot behind the building. The view from the terrace is also very nice! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. I recommend this place for either a group of friends or for a family. Perfect! Thank you, Nikos! :)

The one and only thing is that this time there was no cutting board in the kitchen. 🤔

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at Nicola’s house. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable , with everything you need to feel like home. There are two big terraces , from where you can look at the beach and the sea.Wi-Fi works perfectly. Parking is just outside the house, very convenient. There is a great restaurant downstairs and the beach is right a few steps away. Check-in and overall communication with the host was super easy, he is absolutely amazing.....we can only recommend this place. Would definitely stay here when we come next time to Palio. Thank you once again for the hospitality! :)
