Perfect stay, with easy access to the beach, great facilities and very helpful hosts.

We had a very pleasant stay at Peramos Rent House - the location was perfect - you just have to cross the street and you're on the beach! The beach itself was quiet, and sometimes we were the only ones which made it feel like we had a private beach. The property provides a couple of beach chairs and umbrella, free of charge, which was ideal. The facilities in the apartment were great - we had everything we needed to do our own cooking, including using the BBQ, which was very easy. The apartments were spacious and very clean. It's a great place for a group of friends or a family visit. There are shops nearby, as well as very nice restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - we locked our key inside and couldn't get in and the hosts came within 10 minutes to help us unlock the door!

Great accommodations, very clean, beachfront. The property has own sun beds on the beach in front of the house, which was very good especially if you are with small kids. We would definitely visit again.

Excellent place for stay in Kavala vicinity

The apartments are located in an excellent location. right across the street from the beach. Free parking is located right next to the apartment. The apartment has everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. Our apartment had 3 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend this apartment.

stunning beachfront location

Incredible beachfront apartment. The view is exquisite. There are beach beds & umbrellas on the sand in front, exclusively for the apartment complex - heaven! All facilities in the apartment were new and worked well - good wifi, large fridge, adequately stocked kitchen (although could have used some oil, salt etc), and good bath/shower with an attachment on the wall. The hosts were accommodating and let us check in early AND extend our stay by a night. Parking was easy with a gravel patch next to the complex.

The furniture and walls didn’t match the photos provided of the ‘Artemis’ apartment - dining set and couch were a lot more dated and the living room wall was painted as a weird yellow cloud mural that looked like a kid’s bedroom.

Amazing location, the sea is in front of you, and the beach is under the balcony! Such pleasure to open your eyes in the morning and to see the beautiful blue water!

The kitchen is generally well equipped, but it would be nice to have some more small things - a cutting board, a dish drying rack, etc.

Amazing house next to the sea

The house had all the necessary appliances and utilities, was very clean and cozy and was extremely well air-conditioned. We all loved it and highly recommend it. Will be coming back again.

The front door cannot be opened from the outside without a key, so you always need someone inside if you turn on the electricity with the key card.

A good location for a short holiday with family or a group of close friends.

The property does not offer catering services, but there are many and varied restaurants nearby, a few minutes away. This walk is a pleasure. Also 50 meters away there is a shop with everything. The location is beautiful, 30 meters from the sea waves and has sunbeds reserved for customers. The location has its own parking lot, large enough.

The rented apartment is presented in the offer as being located on the ground floor. In fact, it is a basement. Very spacious, clean, beautiful and well equipped but located in the basement.

It's an amazing place! Sea view directly from the living room. You have all the facilities you need. The beach is right in the front of the apartment. The host is kind and helpful. By mistake, we dropped a glass on the table and the glass that covered the table cracked. The host understood the situation and we are grateful for that.

There was warm water from the boiler, but no cold water, to mix it. We had either warm water (when the boiler was on) or cold water (when warm water from the boiler went cold). The water closet (wc) was filled with water only when you washed your hands in the sink. We managed with that, it's onpy a remark

Peramos Rent House is a great place on the Aegean coast in the village of Nea Peramos, where we were for the second time and again had the pleasure to enjoy both the amenities in the apartment and the wonderful view from the beautiful terrace! Great vacation

Very close to restaurants and the promenade, almost on the beach. The water was great, but please note that the first 1-3m when going into the water are with pebbles, otherwise shallow water and really amazing. The apartment includes anything you could possible need, very good value for the price we paid. The host was responsive.

The images included for this apartment on Booking give the impression that the apartment has a front sea view, and this is not the case. From one corner of the yard you can see the sea, but the image with a nice terrace facing the sea is from a different apartment. There are several buildings (houses) with one apartment per floor, so make sure you check how the one you book is placed. We stayed in Dionisos apartment.
