About this apartment rental
Villa Katarina, located near the beach (200m) and close to shopping, is available for rent. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—perfect for a great vacation. We took over the property at the end of 2023.
The outdoor area features a terrace with seating and a pool shared with the upstairs apartment.
The upstairs apartment is used by the owners solely for vacation purposes for 4–7 weeks per year. The living room is centrally located in the vacation rental, with an adjacent open kitchen and dining area. From there, you can access the bedrooms; the master bedroom on the left has an en suite bathroom.
The bedrooms on the right are furnished with a double bed in one and a bunk bed in the other. There is ample space for 6 adults (and children).
Air conditioning and fully equipped facilities ensure a relaxing stay both inside and around the house.
Thanks to the short distances to the supermarket (ca 50m) and the beach (ca 200m), you’re well taken care of for a relaxing vacation.
