Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο την παραλία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και άνετο. Στα θετικά η μεγάλη βεράντα, η οποία είναι περιφραγμένη και βολεύει πολύ για μικρό παιδί.
Το διαμέρισμα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Ειδικά στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν αρκετά σημεία με τρίχες. Επίσης δεν υπήρχε σαμπουάν/αφρόλουτρο και μας έδωσαν μόνο 2 ρολά χαρτί υγείας για 3 βράδια (4 άτομα).
