We are a family from Bulgaria with two children, and our stay in Nea Peramos was truly wonderful. The accommodation was perfect, but what made our holiday even more special was our host, Vasilis. The house was excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden, with a table and chairs where we could have dinner and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It really felt like a home away from home. What makes Vasilis an exceptional host is how genuinely kind and helpful he is. On our way to Nea Peramos, about 20 km from the town, our car suddenly broke down on the highway. With two children and being in another country, this was a very stressful situation. After about 30 minutes of unsuccessful attempts to restart the car, we called Vasilis for help. He immediately helped us arrange roadside assistance and even offered to come and pick up our children and some of our luggage and take them safely to Nea Peramos. This was an incredibly kind gesture and gave us great peace of mind. The car was taken to a local garage, and Vasilis continued helping us throughout our stay. He came to pick me up after we left the car at the garage, and the following day he drove me back and helped explain the problem to the mechanics. He even lent me a bicycle so I could get around Nea Peramos and visit the garage when needed. Thanks to his help, our car was repaired before we left. He also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and liqueur, offered us beach chairs and an umbrella, and gave us fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables from his beautiful garden. The wonderful accommodation and the incredibly kind and helpful Vasilis made our holiday truly great. We are very grateful for everything he did for our family and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is the best place I've ever stayed. The owner was very helpful with any questions. The location is excellent, with a free beach nearby. The house has everything you need and if you need anything special, the owner is always happy to help.

Konum merkezi ve plaja yakındı. Dubleks dairenin hem yola hem bahçeye bakan tarafında 2 ayrı teras mevcuttu. Evin içinde bir banyo olmasına rağmen arka bahçede denizden gelince kullanılabilecek sıcak suyu olan açık duş vardı. Ev sahipleri Vasilis ve Evdokia çok yardımcı ve harika insanlar, ayrıca eve ulaştığımızda hoş ikramlar ile karşılaştık. Evin içinde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her türlü eşya ve malzeme vardı. Biz 5 kişi konakladık aile için çok uygun bir yer. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederiz.

Casa e confortabila, curata si include absolut tot ce ai nevoie. Proprietarul e o persoana foarte prietenoasa si ne a oferit informatii importate despre zona. Recomandarea plajei Liquid beach situata la 5 minute de mers cu masina, ne a facut concediul si mai reusit. Multumim !
