This 60 square meters apartment is located in the Rue Michel le Comte, few steps away from the Centre Pompidou, also known as Beaubourg. The Louvre Museum, Hotel de Ville (City Hall), Notre Dame Cathedral and the Seine River with its enchanting islands are in a fair walking distance.
The apartment is located at the 3rd floor of a XVII century building. It is a typical Marais apartment with showing apparent wooden beams, red tiles floor, chimney, etc. It consists of a wide a 40 square meters living room, furnished by a dining table, a library, 1 sofa convertible for 2 people, and a large divan convertible in a single bed.
The bedroom provides a comfortable double bed and minor furnishings, and also a dressing room. The bathroom has tub with fixed shower, wash basin and toilette, and washing machine; fresh linens and matching towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic contact grills, dishwasher, cooker hood, fridge and freezer, microwave etc.
The apartment can receive up to 5 people. A baby crib is also available. High speed Internet connection for your laptop and a TV cable are also provided.
The nearest Metro stations are Rambuteau (line 11), Arts et Metiers (lines 3 & 11). For a direct connection with Parisian airports Charles de Gaulle/Roissy and Orly you have RER B station at Chatelet/Les Halles 300 meters away from the building.

Charming and spacious Country French style apt in a great location. Close to subway and shopping, bars and restaurants. I'm an an 80 year old man and there are stairs (no lift) but they were not an issue - except on luggage days. I will stay there again.

I was very happy at this apartment and would stay again. At my request (and payment) they arranged a cleaning for me mid month, which was very welcome. The location is terrific.
