Great Hotel for Freilassing and Salzburg Visitors

Clean, comfortable, quite, kind staff, great location, easy car parking areas, etc. It’s also perfect option for the people who want to visit Salzburg. It only takes 10-15 minutes with car.

The staff was friendly but that is about the only good point I can really say about this hotel

Very noisy in the night, My room was placed near the office desk and the bar on the first floor and it was very noisy until 22:30 hrs! I needed to rest after a long drive but unfortunatelly it was impossible. In the morning I could hear every guest coming for check out to the desk. View from my window was not nice. Breakfast was ok but cozld be better for price over 100 €. I will never come back to this noisy hotel.

It was centrally located and close enough to the train station to walk to with luggage but far enough away to not hear the trains. The staff were truly exceptional, from reception to breakfast…wonderful people. Our rooms…we stayed at the beginning of our trip and the end…were spacious, well designed with comfortable beds and furnishings. The breakfast was superb.

Good breakfast and location to visit Salzburg

Very extensive breakfast buffet with good coffees. The room was big and beds were comfy. We also liked the location of the hotel which is in walking distance from the railwaystation to take the train to Salzburg. Reception gave us good tips for how to get there and what to visit. They also have some parking spots reserved for their guests.

Lovely place but bring your own pillow.

Lovely location and staff. They serve a really good breakfast as well.

The pillows were horrible. One was huge (too high) and the other was like a piece of paper. my neck was sore for days. Also, our room was really stuffy (103)- however they did have a fan which really helped.

A real alternative to staying directly in Salzburg. Cozy and friendly!

This non-presumptious little hotel was an excellent choice for us. Extremely friendly and helpful reception provided us with real travel assistance information to enjoy the local area ( food and restaurant recommendations) as well as the neighboring City of Salzburg (train conneciton information).

The hotel seems to be in the flight path of incomming air traffic to the Salzburg Airport and is overflown on a regular basis during the daytime. Our room had modern soundproof windows, and it was not a problem as long as they were closed. When open one could hear the occasional jet overhead.
