Our stay at Hotel Oedhof was excellent. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean, nicely and traditionally decorated and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Parking and breakfast were included.

Weekend visit to Salzburg

Quiet location. Spacious room. Welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Nice shower

Bedroom was cold. Bed too firm. A little too far out. Ran out of eggs at breakfast on Saturday morning. Breakfast finishes at 9:30 even on the weekend.

Fantastic stay at the warm & welcoming De Oedhof Hotel

Fantastic hotel in great location! Family run with much care & attention to absolutely everything! Extremely helpful & friendly family members run this hotel which has been in the family for generations. Additional staff in restaurant & cleaning ladies all very polite & friendly. The room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view across the fields & a balcony which couid be accessed from the hallway with lovely flowers along the top of the balcony. The food in the restaurant was first class. We had the nicest meal we've ever had in Germany and the breakfast was fantastic too. All fresh, varied & tasty! There is a discount for residents eating in the restaurant too. As the restaurant is closed on Sundays we walked to gausthaus zollhausal which was a nice walk & took us 20 minutes. We had a lovely traditional bavarian meal there & the staff were very friendly with good English. It was all very traditional in the decor & building for the area. Good beer too! We really enjoyed our stay at de oedhof hotel & are grateful for the warm welcome & kindness shown to us.

Exceptional

It is very nice small hotel in peaceful small village 15 minutes away of Salzburg. Staff are very friendly, rooms are confortable and clean. Breakfast is perfect! Highly recommend. I will be back for sure.

the on site restaurant was very good. perfectly prepared food. also the owners were truly caring.

breakfast was a treat. the presentation was unique. Weck preserve jars were used to contain fresh fruit, freshly prepared scrambled eggs. there was nothing i could have wanted that wasn't already there

Lovely stay for visiting Salzburg

Great location to see Salzburg and Berchtesgaden ( eagle nest ). The reception was really helpful and gave precise guidance to take Train and Bus for Salzburg. Even though we came early unexpectedly, room was given immediately. Breakfast is amazing with homemade granola and jams.

The beds were not that comfortable especially after long drive but could be upgraded.

Perfect

Breakfast was amazing, something for everyone. Homemade jam and granola.. Eggs in all forms, all different types of bread. Rooms were very clean and surroundings were very peaceful so you could get a good night's sleep. Easy to find and enough parking spaces. Salzburg is a 20min drive away. Parking in the Altstadt is not cheap but for a family of 5 cheaper than getting the train and it meant we were flexible. Perfect place to stay if you are driving to Salzburg. Staff were super friendly and warm. Definitely would recommend and come back again

Schöne ruhige und rustikale Unterkunft

Das Hotelzimmer haben sie sehr gut gemacht, vor allem mit den schönen Holzmöbel, sieht es sehr gut aus und die Zimmer sind geräumig aber nicht zu groß. Die Lage fanden wir auch gut, aber auch dass es Parkplätze nur für Hotelgäste gibt, war auch gut, vor allem wenn das Restaurant so gut besucht ist, dass nicht mehr so viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Aber daß allerbeste war das sehr große und gutes Frühstücksbuffet, wo wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist, von verschiedenen Sorten Müsli, verschiedenen Sorten von Joghurt und Obst, Obstsalat, aber auch Verschiedene Sorten von Brot und Brötchen und leckere Säfte. Es war einiges wie Rührei oder Gemüse in kleine Weckglaser. Sie hatten auch eine große Auswahl an Teesorten, auch in grossen Gläsern, die man mit einem Teesieb frisch zubereitet hatte. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne nochmal wieder kommen.

Es gibt nichts negatives zu erzählen.

Werde Booking nicht mehr nutzen.

Nicht gefallen hat mir, dass das Personal pers. Daten an Dritte weiter gegeben hat (welches Zimmer, welcher Preis). Zu Booking hat mit nicht gefalle, dass ich einen höheren Preis zu zahlen hatte, als eine direkte Buchung.

No lo dudes! El Oedhof es genial

Habitaciones tranquilas, rústicos y muy cuidados. Relacion precio calidad genial. El desayuno me ha parecido espectacular. Hay de todo y el personal es muy simpático y siempre ayuda si tienes dudas. Me alojaría alli una y otra vez. Por cierto: el restaurante - el chef y el somelier - es muy muy tecomendable. Excelente comida - de temporada (ca-) y preparado con mucho cariño y detalle.

El único detalle que se podria mejorar en minopinion son las almohadas 😉

Vom Check-In bis zum Check out alles super. Top Personal, Restaurant auch sehr gut und auch hier das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Leider gibt es zu wenige Hotels die so einen guten Service in allen Bereichen bieten.

Eigentlich fast alles

Ich hatte via booking ein doppelzimmer reserviert und auch wenn ich alleine war, hätte ich ein solches auch gerne bezogen. Mir ist das erst am späten Abend bewusst geworden und für eine Nacht auch nicht der Rede wert.

Tolles kleines Hotel an ruhiger Lage. Unser Zimmer war neuwertig, sehr schön und extrem sauber. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, dabei wird viel Wert auf regionale und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte gelegt.

Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals

Betten schlechte Matratzen, kein Kühlschrank, kein angebot auf Haupthaus zimmer die moderner gewesen wären! Mief in dem gesamten Stockwerk,zimmer und bad!

Es waren ein paar schöne, erholsame Tage. Gerne wieder.

Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gute Auswahl. Soviel verschiedene Brötchen und Brot hatten wir noch in keinen Hotel. Am Abend saßen wir in der Lounge, da gab es ein paar Getränke und Snacks zur Selbstbedienung.

War alles Bestens.
