Renovated by us with love to detail and decorated with self-restored furniture this romantic, spacious and quiet place is perfect for your stay at Salzburg. Our house with only two flats is situated in the sunny and green privileged residential area of Salzburg surrounded by a big garden. It has a private balcony. You can reach the center by a 20 minutes walk, 10 minutes with bicycle (we offer them for free) or some minutes by bus. Good infrastructure (bus station and supermarkets are very near). Free WiFi and parking

This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Salzburg with Mountain View’s it is very comfortable. The owners live on the ground floor and give complete privacy to there guests. The apartment is within a few minutes walk to restaurants, local shops and only a few minutes walk to the local bus and tram stops, which are very frequent (5-10 mins) to and from the town centre with all of Salzburg visitor attractions. I can definitely recommend a visit to the fortress but give yourself a few hours to see all of its attractions. The funicular to and from the fortress is impressive it also has within its walls a number of outdoor cafe bars serving local food. I would say that Salzburg is a city of culture with lots of attractions from Mozart to the sound of music tours and film set locations. Less than a 2 hour flight from the UK, Salzburg is well worth a visit I would recommend this 2 bed apartment .to anyone visIting Salzburg

This place is beautiful! The pictures don’t do the views and house justice. It’s in a great location close to all the sights but a very quiet neighborhood. It was a bit warm being a second floor apartment, but the windows brought in a good amount of air and sunlight. We were very comfortable and happy to call this place home during our stay in Salzburg.

The apartment is not right in the center of town , but an easy bus ride . With the salzburg card, you can access the Salzburg transit system. Local bier garden and grocery stores were great, Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Brother and sister-in-law law came with so we had a nice place where we could talk or all be separate. Elisabeth is an artist , her mosaics we very nice, as was her garden .

Elisabeth was a 5 star host along with her place. Very spacious and bright. Well maintained and amazing mountain views. Communication and location were great. A little local bar 5 minutes walk away too. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Salzburg

This is a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the lush backyard and mountains. We enjoyed that it was in a quiet neighborhood with very easy public transportation available. The hosts are wonderful and even arranged to mail something we accidentally left behind. I recommend staying here!

Great home to stay in. Thoughtfully decorated inside and out. Very clean. Comfortable for couples and families. I was there on holiday but also had to do some work. Wifi could be better. I had to sit in the hall area between the living room and bedrooms for it to work well. There was a chair and side table so it was fine but it would be great to have the router closer or a booster if you plan on using wifi.

A lovely apartment with a pretty, colourful, and relaxing garden, and wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Very friendly and welcoming property owners who really want you to have a fantastic time - always happy to help, and with cracking little extras like bikes, fresh vegetables and even home-made jam! It’s a great location just outside the centre of Salzburg - lovely and quiet but just a picturesque 20 minutes walk from the city. We were on a family trip with our two daughters aged 11 and 8 and it was a great spot for them, plenty of space, but also all on one floor - we had a brilliant time.

We loved our stay at this lovely mountain apartment - it was near enough to walk into Salzburg yet the views from the windows made you feel like you were right in the country. The apartment was clean and spacious, and had all you needed for a wonderful stay - we only we wished we had longer than 3 nights! Elizabeth was very efficient in dealing with our booking, and a lovely person! Hopefully we will visit again one day!! Thank you!

This apartment was wonderful. The views of the Alps were unbelievable. The access to Old Town was wonderful. We walked several times a day. The path was close to the apartment, yet you felt like you were able to get away also. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the deck very much. If you are lucky enough to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Our family of 4 spent a very relaxed couple of days here. The apartment is comfortably and creatively decorated with lots of really great details - having bikes with locks was perfect to ride into the city along the beautiful river Salzach; wifi worked well; having supplies of tea, coffee, condiments helped us avoid buying big packets of things just for a couple of days; good shower and lovely to have a bath too! Elisabeth very helpful on email before we arrived and very welcoming and kind while we were here. Highly recommended for couples or families - as is Salzburg itself.

We loved our time in Salzburg and could not have selected a more pefect place to stay. It was wonderful to be a short bus ride away from the heart of Salzburg and its charming narrow streets packed with tourists. We could enjoy the sites and then return to a spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable apartment set in a gorgeous garden which we were encouraged to enjoy. Views of the Alps from the windows and the garden are simply stunning! A good grocery store with a nice bakery is very conveniently located. Our hosts, Oscar and Elisabeth, were welcoming and kind. We loved having two bikes provided and enjoyed a number of rides on the extensive bike paths. It was a great way to explore and take in more beautiful scenery. We appreciated the many little touches--providing tea, having laundry detergent available for the washing machine, and the bikes (did I mention the bikes?)!

My wife and two daughters greatly enjoyed our stay. We came into Salzburg on the train and took a 5 min cab ride to the house which is nestled on a quiet street. Elizabeth was there to meet us, and she and Oscar were very friendly. They and their family live downstairs on the first story and the rental is on the second story. They have a beautiful garden and yard outside. The rental is quiet large with big bedrooms and a living and dining room. The decorations were charming and comfortable. We were able to walk 5 min to a bus stop for easy transportation to salt mines or to town. There were also a couple of good restaurants, a bank, and a market within a 5-10 min walk which we appreciated. We walked to the local public pool for a welcome swim. Opportunities for improvement would be to have a couple of fans available in the summer to move around the air. Also, we couldn't find a spatula in the kitchen. These are minor comments. Wifi coverage was a bit weak and my daughters spent their time at home sitting in one 10'x10' area where the Wi-Fi worked. This was the only moderate inconvenience. Overall, we had a lovely stay and we would certainly visit there again if we could.
