Great location to stay while visiting Salzburg and surrounding tourist sites. Very helpful and friendly staff. The apartment is clean and quiet with everything I needed, including the convenient parking.

Our family of 4 had a great stay in this apartment and we highly recommend!!! Fantastic location with just a short bus ride or stroll to the old town, lovely and personable host Rudi who gave us great recommendations for activities for our family. It is very convenient having a big supermarket right next door, and great that there was parking available even though it’s so close to the centre! The apartment had everything we needed plus more!!

Great location and close to buses and trams. Supermarkets very close and handy. Nice courtyards and space inside the unit.

Noise from adjoining apartments and had to request shampoo as not provided initially.

The location was convenient. Good shower, functional and affordable for Salzburg. Convenient shops near by, also right next to the train, Bus and Trolleybusses services. It’s a self catering accommodation.

There was no draining tray or space in the kitchen. The windows Are facing a car park.

There is a heater in the rest room to keep it dry. Rudy is excellent host to share the information about traveling around Salzburg. He is a very kind host.

We can not find thick glove in the kitchen when we need to operate the oven. We heard walking noise from other guest s lived in upstairs room from 4:30AM, that made us difficult to sleep.

Very friendly manager. He should be complimented. Ideal position next to shopping, S-Bahn station and on a direct trolley bus line going downtown. Easy to locate and close to highways. Very neat, modern, comfortable, spacious.

The apartment was clean and very spacious for a family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. Staff was friendly and helpful and took the trouble to come out and meet us.

The distance from the main centre of Salzburg and the low frequency of public transport on the weekend put a bit of a damper on our plans.

okay value accommodation for Salzburg

Great accommodation as described.

Lack of blinds, for privacy at the patio and the light from hoarding at the front of the property. Also the train noise - there is triple glazing but no air con so to prevent it being too hot inside, you have to open the windows, which brings the noise in.

Very nice, new and clean accommodation with all amenities in a good location with shops and transport. A little soft bed, but it's a matter of taste. Amazing and kind host Rudi. I highly recommend.

Not bad for 2 nights, but it could have been better

The location is OK, and there is a parking place right in front of the room.

The towels were warned up and should be replaced. The bed sheets didn't see the iron, although they were clean (I hope)

apartamentul a fost perfect pentru noi, curat, intr-o zona linistita, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, parcare in curte. Statia de autobuz aproape de casa. Proprietarul foarte amabil, in timpul zilei prezent la locatie va ajuta cu sfaturi si sugestii de locuri de vizitat. M-as intoarce oricand cu placere.

Très bon compromis pour Salzbourg

Très propre, neuf et bien équipé dans l’ensemble. Lave-linge. Machine Nespresso avec capsules. Pas de bouilloire en revanche. Spacieux pour 2 adultes et 2/3 enfants. Appréciable l’emplacement de stationnement dans le patio. Nous étions de passage et pouvoir arriver tard en Autriche était un plus non négligeable. Il faut être motorisé car excentré.

Propietario encantador. Apartamento moderno y muy completo. Parking delante de la puerta. Supermercados grandes al lado.

Está un poco alejado del centro, 20 - 25 minutos caminando alrededor del río para llegar al centro de Salzburgo. Aunque no ha sido un gran inconveniente, no se gestionó la Salzburg card, (tarjeta para la gratuidad de transporte público).

Fajny apartament.

Bardzo ładny apartament na obrzeżach miasta. Przestronny i czysty, taras na plus. Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel. Bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie.

Jedyne co trochę przeszkadzało, to hałas w nocy (z jednej stronny ulica, z drugiej pociągi) a przy upałach na które trafiliśmy, spaliśmy przy otwartych oknach. Jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni do ciszy, dla innych, to może nie być problem😉

Apartamento muito bom com todos utensílios para se usar . Fica em uma região tranquila , próximo as principais atrações, estacionamento gratuito. Supermercados ao lado. quarto e salas de bom tamanho , camas muito boas também . Banheiro de ótimo tamanho com chuveiro excelente. Recomendo
