About this apartment rental

This well 30 sqm 1 1/2 room apartment, which was refurbished in winter 2008/2009 and newly furnished, can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has 2 separate sleeping facilities here in the form of a comfortable double bed sofa in the living area and a double bed in the small bedroom.

A modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and fridge freezer which blends harmoniously into the living and dining area, a bathroom with extra large shower, satellite TV and Internet complete this pleasant apartment.

The accommodation is in a lovely location a few minutes walk to bus stops and train station. We had a lovely countryside view from the lounge. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner is very helpful .

Georg was helpful and available to answer any questions. Location was a nice walk from old town. We walked into town or took the #7 bus. Public transportation excellent and easy to navigate.

The pictures don't do this apartment any justice! It's much larger than I thought it would be from the photos and was perfect for my 2-night stay. This was my last stop on a week long trip, and it was great to stay somewhere so quiet after being in city centre hotels for the rest of the time. The bed was extremely comfortable, I didn't want to wake up in the mornings. My only issue with the bedroom is that it's very small, so you need to get in and out of the bed from the bottom end. The kitchen was handy and well equipped with everything you need to make basic meals and snacks for a few days. Dishwasher tablets were provided, as were laundry detergent pods. Everything was clean, including the bedding and towels. Plenty of plug sockets throughout and good lighting. The owner, Georg, was very communicative and let me check-in as soon as the apartment was cleaned, which was earlier than the advertised time. He also pointed out many of the attractions in Salzburg, which was very useful.

We had fun staying there. The mother of Georg was nice to us. All the listed amenities are included and complete. You could see an amazing view outside which looked-like a painting when you take photo.

The property we rented was unavailable on arrival so we were upgraded to another apartment in this spacious house. It was a wonderful space. Comments relevant to the listing though - the house is outside the core tourist area, a lovely 20 minute walk along the river. There is a small bakery close by and easy access to restaurants in the area. Bus and train service are close too. Our check in was a little bumpy. Noone was there to meet us. Fortunately another tenant in the house was able to contact the owner.

I think we were in a different suite than is listed here, as none of the photos matched what we were provided. However, the place was very nice, clean and the bathroom was renovated with a big beautiful shower. There were 2 nice bedrooms, a large living/dining room area. Easy to get into the city centre by bus or train or a beautiful walk (about 45mins along the river). Georg was a very kind and gracious host and checked in on us by text halfway through our stay. Overall would recommend the place to others.

Located in a residential area. Safe & quiet. About a 25 minute walk to city centre which is along the Salzbac river. Beautiful walk. Only thing is there are no cafes, bars or shops near the property which can be an issue for some.

Wir hatten uns diesmal für eine Woche Salzburg entschieden. Buchung war kein Problem und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos. Wie abgemacht kontaktieren wir den Vermieter eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft und wir trafen uns vor der Wohnung. Die Übergabe lief sehr entspannt und die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Klein aber fein, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage war für uns absolut okay. Man läuft 2,5 km in die Altstadt oder eben 2,5 km zum Schloss in die andere Richtung. Es geht immer an der Salzach entlang, was sehr angenehm ist. Wer ein Fahrrad sein eigen nennt ist noch besser aufgestellt. Der Bäcker ist 300 m weg, der Lidl ca. 500. Eigentlich geht alles zu Fuß. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge fanden wir die die Lage optimal, da man auch in 20 min nach Berchtesgaden gefahren ist. Vielen Dank nochmals für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Ved ankomsten informerede Georg os grundig om lejligheden og mulighederne for offentlig transport til centrum af Salzburg med bus (a7), og den nærmeste restaurant. Super service!!! Parkering var mulig på grunden. Lejligheden var perfekt som udgangspunkt for ture i området. Den er på 37 kvm. men fin til ophold for os 4, madlavning er mulig og pænt badeværelse. Underbo’en var en hyggelig ældre dame, som vi fik en rigtig god snak med. Skulle det tyske være lidt for langt væk, så er der ikke noget problem engelsk går rigtig fint. Vi opnåede at være i områder næsten uden regn, så det var et perfekt ophold.

Der Gesamteindruck ist durchweg positiv. Zu Beginn wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Auf alle Fragen, auch zu den Örtlichkeiten wurde vom Vermieter sehr geduldig und freundlich geantwortet. Die gesamte Komunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war genau so, wie sie im Inserat beschrieben wurde. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Die Lage ist top. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut dort zu sein und empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Ich bin im Spätsommer 2019 nach Salzburg gereist, um meinen Traum, mit dem Rennrad in den Alpen zu fahren, zu erfüllen. Im Vorraus wurden sämtliche Anfragen zügig und ausführlich per Mail und Telefon beantwortet. Am Tag der Anreise wurde ich äußerst liebenswert empfangen und eingewiesen. Ich habe mich direkt willkommen gefühlt! Die Wohnung an sich empfand ich als nahezu perfekt für meine Bedürfnisse. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich auf Mülltrennung scheint nicht besonders geachtet zu werden. Oder ist das generell weniger strikt in Österreich als ich das aus DE gewohnt bin? Als Radfahrer hätte die Lage der Wohnung kaum besser sein können. Man wacht morgens mit Blick auf Gaisberg und Heuberg auf. Mit dem Rad benötigt man nicht mehr als 5 Minuten, bis man auf wunderschönen geschwungenen Straßen einen Pass erklimmt. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, in die historische Altstadt benötigt man ungefähr eine halbe Stunde. Insgesamt hatte ich eine traumhafte Woche in Salzburg und der Wohnung. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieter, die mich so herzlich empfangen haben. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

FeWo liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem nahe des Zentrums. In 30 Minuten zu Fuß entlang der Salzach ist man in Zentrum - sehr schöner Weg. Wem es zu lange dauert, nimmt das Fahrrad. Salzburg ist eine Radler-Stadt. Alles sauber und sehr nette Vermieterin. Kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, das schon etwas älter und ziemlich hellhörig ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man hat allerdings keine richtige Arbeitsfläche. Im Bad fehlte uns eine Steckdose für den Fön. Ein großer Spiegel im Schlafbereich beim Kleiderschrank wäre schön gewesen. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Stadtteil Salzburgs fast direkt an der Salzach. Man kann super gut joggen, Fahrrad fahren und vieles mehr. In die Stadt kann man auch zu Fuß am Fluss entlang.

Saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage am Fluß. Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (WLAN, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, kleiner Flachbildfernseher, Besteck und Geschirr sowie Handtücher). Die zuvorkommenden und unkomplizierten Gastgeber haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man einen Gasthof, wo man österreichische Hausmannskost bekommt. Gerne wieder!

The flat is small but nice, clean and well equipped. You can reach the city centre by bus (no. 7 on the main street) or even on foot walking along the river (which is wonderful). Many shops are close by and Salzburg is just amazing! Nice stay, lovely days!

Ich habe mit meiner Familie 3 Nächte im Appartement verbracht. Es war sehr sauber und alles was man benötigt, vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht! Jederzeit wieder!
