Exceptional Care Policy
We are paying particular attention to disinfecting high touch areas. Those surfaces include tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, handrails, light switches, remotes, wardrobe and cabinet handles, desks, toilets, sinks, bedside tables, and kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Basically the whole property is professionally deep cleaned and disinfected after every stay.
 Our standard for every cleaning process is a two-step approach. We use a detergent or soap and hot water for visibly dirty surfaces followed by disinfection to kill germs on surfaces. We use ecological hospital-grade disinfectants and alcohol-based products for this cleaning.
 Of course, we will still continue to provide pump bottles of hand soap in every bathroom and kitchen, along with a hand sanitizer, plenty of tissues, or antibacterial wipes. Besides that disinfectant and other cleaning products are now stored along with the dishwashing and laundry detergents in the house, and in our garden, for use during your stay.
 Sheets, towels, and other textiles are washed using the warmest setting and dried.
 Our cleaning lady Mrs. Svjetlana takes all the responsible sanitary actions of herself. The place is 100% cleaned with impermeable, disposable gloves, that are thrown away after each clean. Mrs. Svjetlana always makes sure to air and ventilate the property during and after cleaning.

 Avoiding airports? Split is a great drive-to destination, and your apartment is in the best location in the city. A huge private terrace with the best view in the city and a garden for your family and friends is a guarantee of a memorable vacation.
 As mentioned in the description of the property all of the attractions are walking distance, so you can be sure to have everything accessible while enjoying a glass of vine in your private oasis on the top of one of the oldest Split neighborhoods. Beaches are easily accessible, and the park-forest Marjan with numerous activities (340 hectares or 840 acres) is right through your doors.
 Another unique option that we offer is a service of grocery and other shopping prior to your arrival. You send us a list, and we have it delivered to you upon your arrival. The guests pay the items based on the store receipt/invoice. We are also able to get fresh products from local farmers and fishermen, ask us more if you are interested in this option as well.

This one of a kind luxury apartment is perfectly located, just above the Diocletian’s palace and the old town, and to get to the coast (Riva) you will enjoy a short three-minute walk through the most charming part of Split. It is conveniently located on a hillside, from where you can enjoy the best view in the city. From our generous (40m2) terrace the city seems like on the palm of your hand. On the other side, we are bordering with the park/forest Marjan, which offers many beaches, trails, and a lot of possibilities to enjoy nature, sun, fresh air, and feel the Mediterranean like it once was.
The apartment is 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, with over 120 m2 (1350 ft2) plus the huge private terrace, and the shared Mediterranean garden in the shade, behind this three apartment villa. When you walk in, you will notice the open space concept kitchen which continues to the dining area and the living room. Floor to ceiling windows/doors from both sides leaves the impression of being one with nature and the surrounding. Our focus was to make our guests feel Split with all of their senses, and this apartment is perfect for that. The villa was built to “catch” some breeze coming from the sea, so the whole living area is really perfect to enjoy.
Our kitchen is fully equipped and in our Mediterranean garden, you are free to take some herbs if you would like to add some special local flavor to your dishes. The connected living room can be opened from both seasides, so you there you will definitely that breeze I mentioned. The flow of this apartment makes it a great place to either entertain or have a siesta in the afternoon. In my opinion, being here, you will not need a TV, but of course, there is a big flat-screen TV and the highest commercial speed internet available for your convenience.
There are three bedrooms in total. All of them are really private, newly equipped, and a pleasure to sleep in. The Master bedroom has an old city view, the second bedroom has a private exit to the terrace, and the third one is perfect for the people who like to sleep late because it is on the quiet corner of the apartment.
There are two full bathrooms, and the laundry is available in the basement. The A/C is available in every room. There is one private parking space for this apartment.

As you can see from the photos the place looks really nice, with high-end finishes and local materials such as famous stone from the island of Brač. Not only the White House in Washington was built with the stone from Brač, but it gave inspiration to many sculptors as well.
