Just be advised the photos do not do this lovey home justice! It is set in the most gorgeous garden with many places to set and enjoy the surroundings and peace and quiet. The house itself was great. Well equipped, clean and comfortable with some fascinating art work too. It is naturally cool in hot temperatures too. The pool was divine. Perfect for swimming lengths or just splashing around. It also allows you to have several friends staying with a bit of privacy too. Just to note: it is just outside Lubriano but easily accessible in a few minutes by car. It is also close to the delightful Bolsena- around 15 mins drive and only 20 minutes from Orvieto, which apart from having the most spectacular Cathedral, also has a train station with excellent links to Rome. A really wonderful relaxing stay. We had friends and family with us. Whilst Jakob also lives on site we were well looked after and yet left to our devices and felt suitably secluded. A really lovely two weeks. I highly recommend it!

Sehr schöne 2 Wochen haben wir bei Eva und Jakob in Ihrer Wohnung verbracht. Beide waren tolle Gastgeber, die sich große Mühe machten, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Wohnung war groß, mit Platz für mehr als uns Zwei. Die Küche für Selbstkochende ordentlich ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in einem liebevoll gestalteten Grundstück mit vielen Bäumen, die Schatten spenden und einfach eine Wohltat sind.der Pool ist prima und ihre Ratschläge zur Regio waren immer hochinteressant. Wir können diesen Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Großes Anwesen in malerischer Umgebung mit ganz tollem Pool, geräumigem Haus und riesigem Garten. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Viele Gelegenheiten zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Am Poolhaus ist man quasi in einem botanischen Park! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir 5 haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Goede week gehad bij deze vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Ruim en schoon appartement. Een prachtige groene oase middenin tussen schapen, hazelnoot bomen. Hadden geen toegang tot huis/kamer bij het zwembad. Leuke omgeving met mooie dorpjes en het Bolsena meer is prachtig!
