La struttura è accogliente, la stanza comoda. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Orvieto. Il ristorante al piano terra è eccellente
La stanza era fredda, il riscaldamento era assicurato dal condizionatore nella stanza, che era stato acceso qualche minuto prima. Il bagno è rimasto freddo e per fare una doccia bisognava fare una immersione nel gelo. Da rivedere il box doccia che fa acqua da tutte le parti. Il bidet assente, ma ci si può arrangiare nel water col doccino.

The staff were helpful and friendly.The food, when available was wonderful. The bedroom and shower/toilet facility clean and comfortable .
Disappointed that there was no breakfast, no food available on Sunday night or all day Monday. Neither was it possible to take a country walk nor did the premises provide a guest room or a seating area where I could enjoy some time relaxing. My bedroom was comfortable as a bedroom . However as I had to spend time there , there was no other alternative, the chairs were not conducive to relaxing . Locunda does not have a bus service, it is on a busy road 20 minutes outside Orvieto, which ment I had to use Taxi twice each day. This becomes an expensive when using it each day .
