This is an INCREDIBLE property! Beautiful landscaping, 10 min. drive from Bagno Regio. The breakfast they served was over the top delicious with home made treats, fresh ricotta cheese, and a wide variety of choices. They make a caffe/espresso for you. Couldn't recommend this place any higher, extraordinary property and service!

Great central point for quick trips to Orvieto and Sant Angelo. Both rooms, the pool and the yard are exquisite. The dinner with products from the farm or nearby producers is an absolute must!
