About this house rental

Casa Erica is a fully renovated 400 year old stone villa, situated on a quiet little walk street in the village of Lubriano. The house is cool in the summer and is centrally heated in the winter. The large private garden is a pure treasure of tranquility with cherry trees, olive trees, roses and herbs. The living room has high beamed ceilings, with doors opening onto the garden. All the shops and restaurants you need are within a 5 minute walk into the charming and picturesque town. Lubriano boasts a variety of excellent restaurants to fit all budgets, several small grocery stores, and many other conveniences. There is a free shuttle to Bagnoregio if you'd like to visit Civita.
