מקום מקסים במיקום מצויין בקרבה לאורבייטו, אוירה כפרית אותנטית, דירה גדולה, מרווחת ומצויידת, לא מפוארת אך מעוצבת בטוב טעם, מארח אדיב ושירותי, מיטות נוחות, אמנם אין מסעדה במקום, אולם המארח המליץ לנו על מסעדה נפלאה הממוקמת 500 מ' מהמלון, תמורה מעולה למחיר!
התמונות שהמארח בחר לשים לא משקפת את המקום... הוא הרבה יותר יפה במציאות... המיקום של כלי המטבח בשידה בסלון במקום בארונות המטבח, אבל זה שטויות...
