About this house rental
The Podere Porcino is a true oasis of peace, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woods, it is located in the Municipality of Civitella d'Agliano VT, in a romantic hilly landscape, between Orvieto and Lake Bolsena, in the Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio triangle and is managed by Maria Malleier from Alto Adige, a movement therapy and psychomotor teacher and Gianni Abbate, a Neapolitan, author, actor and director
CASA ERIKA
The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The outer space is enriched by a huge secular almond tree, under whose shade one can pleasantly eat or rest, while the gaze slides gently along the valley with its gullies.
Home desire
On the first floor of the farmhouse, consisting of bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The apartment has been renovated respecting the original building materials, handmade tiles and tiles and chestnut beams. Bright and well furnished, it enjoys an excellent view of the hills. It has a covered terrace for eating and green spaces.

For three persons
It is a loft of about 60 m². with large windows overlooking the green, kitchen-island and bathroom with shower. Outside several plants: a cherry tree, a caco, myrtle bushes and cypresses. In addition there is a large sail under whose shade you can taste the typical products of the area.

We couldn't believe our good fortune to find such a wonderful and cozy apartment to spend a week in the Orvieto area. Our hosts Maria and Gianni and their son Tommaso were most pleasant and helpful. The peace and quiet, the views and the sense of place were just what we had hoped for. Maria let us use their personal gas grill to cook with for an evening of kabobs and grilled asparagus which we ended up eating with our hosts who supplied wine, cheeses, breads and great conversation. We would gladly return again and if they were to show up here in our country we would hope they will stop by. The place is a rural treasure.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich der schönen Landschaft, den netten Menschen und dem gutem Essen und Trinken hinzugeben.
Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und gemütlich mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich im Freien aufzuhalten, wenn man sich mal von den Aktivitäten erholen möchte.
Maria und Gianni sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die ein natürliches Gefühl dafür haben, ob man seine Ruhe oder sich unterhalten möchte.
Maria kann für die unterschiedlichsten Interessen Tipps geben -Wandern, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Kultur, Essen gehen - sie hat immer Ideen. Ausserdem kocht sie fantastisch.
Für uns war dieser Urlaub einer der erholsamstem und gleichzeitig inspirierendsten seit langer Zeit.

We immensely enjoyed five nights in Casa Erika at Podere Porcino, a romantic, enchanting, and private enclave overlooking a spectacular view of the Umbrian countryside. Actually, we could live at Casa Erika! Maria and Gianni made our experience truly unforgettable...we were treated like dear family who came to visit. Their loving kindness touched our hearts and we made what will be a lifelong personal connection with them. Casa Erika is well equipped for cooking, provides a very comfortable bed, and a powerful shower. The setting was peaceful, beautiful, meditative, and good medicine for the soul. The location is great for excursions to Parco di Monstri, Civita di Bagnoregio, Valle dei Calanchi, Orvieto, and much more. Can't wait to return!!! Thank you Maria and Gianni!!!
